Carrs didn't admit to it at first but then replayed the security video when we drove it in and could see that it didn't arrive with a broken mirror. They said they would fix it if we brought it wednesday. Tuesday: monday night, we noticed a big ding in the door, right by the mirror. Brought the car back on Tuesday to show them the big ding in the door. They would not take responsibility for it. "we don't know when that happened....we'll see what we can do:" Wednesday Wednesday I bring it back to fix the mirror and press them "you are going to fix the door you dented too, right???" They reply, "we don't know when that door dent occurred, we'll see what we can do." I wrote on the receipting ticket that they had dented my door and it should be repaired at no charge. " In the end, they fixed the damage, but ONLY because we held them to it. They were not taking responsibility for it, never a sorry for dinging our door. Conclusion. It was a big hassle for us, and we just went for an oil change. We will not be back to Carrs. This anecdote above reflects poor management practices at the service department. Mistakes happen, but they did not take responsibility for their mistake. We as the customers were victims here and had to make multiple trips to make sure they resolved the damages. This is a cautionary tale. I suggest you find another service department. More

I can't say enough about how easily the entire process went. He broke down the final car price to show each amount that was being billed and the numbers looked really good. Ended up at Carr's with my 2004 Civic after it had an issue. While Craig and the techs were trying to figure out why the poor thing died, I wandered into the show room. My day did not start off with my wanting to buy a new car, but after a conversation with Al, I was test driving. Figured it could help pass the time. After the credit check revealed a much better position for me, drove a few more cars and started talking to the finance manager, Marc. Never any pressure, but it was made clear to me they wanted me in a new car. We talked, we negotiated, and we came to a deal. One I could really be happy with. No run-around, just honest conversation. I am now driving a 2012 Honda CR-V and could not be happier. They buying experience, though unexpected, was definately pleasant. I would highly recommend Carr's Honda. Can't wait to take my new CR-V in for the first oil change to work more closely with Service. Although they did eventually find the issue with the Civic and they did call me to let me know. Thought that was a nice touch. More
I was looking to replace my car with newer and more gas efficient. I contacted several dealerships and finally landed at Carr's Honda. They had huge selection of used CRVs. I felt comfortable and was not p efficient. I contacted several dealerships and finally landed at Carr's Honda. They had huge selection of used CRVs. I felt comfortable and was not pressured to make a decision. They evaluated my vehicle and worked out financing. After it was all said and done I was saving on my monthly payment, driving, newer car that gets better gas mileage. Thank you Carr's Honda! More

We went to Carr's Honda and had a wonderful experience. We worked with Alex and Dave. With no pressure and their friendly, professional service, our experience exceeded our expectations. Alex walked us through all the details of the car while Dave worked with us on financing. We chatted with Stuart Carr in the showroom for a bit and walked out with our new car and feeling wonderful. We could not have been happier with Carr's Honda and love our new car. THANK YOU ALL!!!!!! More
