My experience with the service department was just as bad as my experience when buying at the attached dealership. I brought my car in for a recall repair. I specifically asked that the service person who wa as my experience when buying at the attached dealership. I brought my car in for a recall repair. I specifically asked that the service person who was assigned to my car not have a cold or be sick and not be wearing cologne (I have cancer - cannot be around either of these things). When I picked up my car, it absolutely reeked. There is no way this stench was from a service person’s cologne - this was a deliberate spraying of the interior of my car. It was horrible. And intentional. It took several days of driving with all windows open to get rid to the stink. Aside from that, I also never received a “your car is ready” call. If I hadn’t called, it would likely still be sitting there. This place has absolutely no clue about “customer service”. I will not be going back, ever. More
