The service rep told me my car was ready for pickup. I went to cashier to pay and she was new and could not find my paperwork. She said she would call me when it was ready. After waiting over an hour wi I went to cashier to pay and she was new and could not find my paperwork. She said she would call me when it was ready. After waiting over an hour with my car sitting in the driveway by the service reps, I asked a different cashier and she said my paperwork had been ready and the new employee was wrong when I tried to pay and pick up my car over an hour earlier. My tailgate does not open itself now. It worked when I brought the truck in and now does not-I have to manually open tailgate now. The fixed the plastic piece on top that came loose.
