NCF is 2nd to none as dealerships go, Ford though needs to work on their supply chain issues, waited over 3 months for a new transmission under warranty. If I could give this dealership a 0 stars I would. Never once met my service advisor, just kept getting passed back and forth to others that "were in the office because my advisor was out." No one was able to explain to me why you have to take my car for two week before you are even able to see what is wrong with it and when I tried to ask the service advisor continued to cut me off and be INCREDIBLY demeaning and rude. Its not my fault your company is being run in a manor that doesn't make sense to the point that your service advisors being rude to a person because they cannot answer the questions they are asked. More
