NCF is 2nd to none as dealerships go, Ford though needs to work on their supply chain issues, waited over 3 months for a new transmission under warranty. I ordered my 2022 Bronco in March and took delivery in August. The team at North Central Ford was awesome throughout the experience. If I could give this dealership a 0 stars I would. Never once met my service advisor, just kept getting passed back and forth to others that "were in the office because my advisor was out." No one was able to explain to me why you have to take my car for two week before you are even able to see what is wrong with it and when I tried to ask the service advisor continued to cut me off and be INCREDIBLY demeaning and rude. Its not my fault your company is being run in a manor that doesn't make sense to the point that your service advisors being rude to a person because they cannot answer the questions they are asked. More

The service rep told me my car was ready for pickup. I went to cashier to pay and she was new and could not find my paperwork. She said she would call me when it was ready. After waiting over an hour wi I went to cashier to pay and she was new and could not find my paperwork. She said she would call me when it was ready. After waiting over an hour with my car sitting in the driveway by the service reps, I asked a different cashier and she said my paperwork had been ready and the new employee was wrong when I tried to pay and pick up my car over an hour earlier. The cashier with experience apoligized for the other cashiers error and took care of the issue More
