Don't bring your vehicle in for service! !! I've tried 3 times even with appointments and each time there was some excuse not to get to it till the next day or 2 weeks!! Terrible, even though !! And if you want to buy a new vehicle, plan to spend MSRP plus. They are all about the money and not the customer! More

NCF is 2nd to none as dealerships go, Ford though needs to work on their supply chain issues, waited over 3 months for a new transmission under warranty. I understand all the issues going on but when it is to work on their supply chain issues, waited over 3 months for a new transmission under warranty.
