The price I was given online was different than the actual sale price when I arrived at the dealership. The "stealership" added fees that were not disclosed in the ad that was placed on CarGuru. The tw actual sale price when I arrived at the dealership. The "stealership" added fees that were not disclosed in the ad that was placed on CarGuru. The two hours after I bought the vehicle I had the unpleasant experience of the "Super Duty Death Wobble" - I was driving along Interstate 20 in Fort Worth when the front end began to violently shake and vibrate. I replaced brakes and warped rotors that cost me over $1000.00 but the vibration was still present. Told the dealership about the problems I was experiencing. They said they would reimburse me for the rotors and brakes I had to replace and they said if I would drop the truck off with them they would get the problem solved. The kept my truck 3 days to replace the track bar bushings and a front end alignment. When I picked my truck up from the shop a check engine light was on that was not there when I dropped it off. Less than a week later the front end started vibrating and shaking again. Called the dealership to explain the problem was still present and the service manager said to drop it off again and they would look at replacing more parts. Three of the four Michelin tires had very little tread so I told the service manager I would rather replace the tires that were marginal before I dropped my truck off with them for an indefinite length of time while they just throw parts at it guessing at what is actually wrong with it. The new tires DID fix the front end violently shaking problem. However, another month later I get in my truck, close the driver's door to leave and the rear window just falls down in the track. Had to take to door panel off just to get to the glass and raise it then tape it closed. At the time I didn't think it was a big deal because the dealership talked me into buying a bumper to bumper extended warranty......WRONG. The next morning at 7 am I'm at the local Ford dealership to have the window repaired. They wanted me to come back 6 days later and leave my truck with them for an undetermined length of time while they determine what was wrong, order necessary parts, then perform the repair. I called NUMEROUS Ford dealerships in the area including the original dealership and was told pretty much the same thing. They all wanted me to leave my truck for 2 days to 2 weeks for them repair it. Apparently "Built Ford Tough" doesn't apply nowadays because there are so many of them needing to be repaired. - THIS TRUCK ONLY HAS 74K MILES WHEN I BOUGHT IT AND I'M BEWILDERED THER ARE SO MANY ISSUES WITH IT. excellent service, great salesman who did everything to help us find the vehicle we wanted. Closing was easy and smooth and vehicle was delivered clean, full of gas and ready to go. Only glitch in the pro help us find the vehicle we wanted. Closing was easy and smooth and vehicle was delivered clean, full of gas and ready to go. Only glitch in the process was computer issues, which were not the dealers fault. More
I had a very good experience with the dealership. Meloul was a great salesman. If I was in the market for a truck, I would probably go back to that dealership. Meloul was a great salesman. If I was in the market for a truck, I would probably go back to that dealership. More

When we were going to finance my young son, all smiles....until he hit us with 19.99 APR. No thanks. ... Once we told them we were going with our own financing through my sons financial institution, his demeanor totally soured. I had to have salesman step in and allow us to take possession of the car once he had the drafting instructions. To add further insult, we have to go through him for the standard paperwork, and didn't even offer a handshake. Not a good look. I fully understand the dealership makes the majority of their money through finance, but have some common courtesy , especially on a customers first major purchase. Again Patrick went over and above to ensure we got the car we have been searching for, for several months. He worded the purchase agreement to where we were comfortable in the contract as it was a unique situation, as the car had not even made it to the used car lot... Common courtesy, something as simple as a handshake, goes a long way and sometimes is the make or break point for some deals. More
