Your General Manager and Service Manager are already aware of my issues with the front end vibration on my truck. The receipts for brakes and rotors were made available and the warped rotors were in the bed of the truck when I dropped my truck off with them for three days. I specifically discussed with them my irritation with their technician installing new brake pads over warped rotors when I talked to them about the front end vibration. They were also given two videos from the dash cam on my truck so they are more than aware of how serious and dangerous the vibration was with my truck. I am the angry customer that spent $55k on a truck at his dealership that has had numerous mechanical issues, if your GM wants to make things right it is his obligation to reach out to me.
