Hopefully this was an anomaly as the service is usually good. I called about two recalls (wiper arm & under hood fire issue) my 2021 Expedition has and was told when a loaner was available they would have good. I called about two recalls (wiper arm & under hood fire issue) my 2021 Expedition has and was told when a loaner was available they would have me come in. I received a call that a loaner was in. About 24 hours after dropping off my vehicle, I was notified it was ready to pick up and that only one of the recalls was completed due to parts not being available for the other. Had I known this upfront, I would have waited until all parts were available so I wouldn't have to make two trips to the dealership and take time away from my job twice. More
I feel like I spent more and got less. This is my 5th Explorer Platinum. I traded my 2020 Explorer Platinum for a 2023 Explorer King Ranch. In the end I paid more for less. To my surprise I did not get the following: flipper shifters active massage seats cargo netting auto parking This is most likely due to supply issues but holy cow, these are substantial features! I'm happy with the dealer and I love my Explorer but somehow, I feel this time I paid more and got substantially less. I should have paid more attention. My trade had MORE. More
My purchase of a 2022 Explorer was difficult because of the chip shortages. The Service Department at North Central worked with me on the 2022.
