I bought my car on March 25, and they made sure it was running good. Picked it up a week later on April 1st, 4 days later my check engine light comes on. I took it to them to have it fixed. It had been there for 2 weeks now and not a single update… so I called and they said it was done they were just waiting on the warranty to cover it… it’s a 4 year bumper to bumper coverage. They are saying that because it is the catalytic converter the company won’t cover it. Now they are trying to make me pay $1900 and split the price with the manager, or they can trade me into something better for more money. I don’t have the money to pay the extra $1900 because I am a first time car buyer. They are trying to blame me for the issue, and now they are refusing to fix it. More
I bought my Ford Taurus 4 years ago and always go back there to have maintenance done. Jim Ayo is my service advisor. He is so helpful and does everything possible to meet my needs. My latest trip really made me happy. I didn't have to wait for the shuttle. He sent me home in one of the courtesy cars. My car has less than 10,000 miles on it. Keep up the good work. Very unpleasant experience bought vehicle from dealership Aug 2022 with warranty and still had to get both head lights replaced that went out.. as well as a piece on front of vehicle that blew off. Wait time extremely long on both visits to change driver light $84 3hrs plus wait and passenger light $101 2hr plus wait. Didn't understand reason for change in price. Front staff didn't provide updates during wait times or reasons for price change. Also maintenance left oil hand prints all inside of vehicle; can provide pictures. More
We weren't clear enough on our desires and we thus surprised that the Escape didn't come equipped with the same options as the one we traded in. After previously purchasing three Escapes prior to thi surprised that the Escape didn't come equipped with the same options as the one we traded in. After previously purchasing three Escapes prior to this, we just assumed that the dealership was aware of the options on our trade-in since they initiated the transaction. It was our bad for not asking the right questions. More
