I waited 5 hours for an oil change. I won't be back!!! I arrived at 9:45 am on Friday 8/9/19. I was greeted by Jim ?. I made the appointment with Joe Tucker. After 4 hours I approached Tucker to get a I arrived at 9:45 am on Friday 8/9/19. I was greeted by Jim ?. I made the appointment with Joe Tucker. After 4 hours I approached Tucker to get a status on my vehicle. He knew nothing about my car. Apparently Jim had put in the order for the oil change and Joe was never informed that my vehicle was in line for service. Jim did not charge me for the oil change but after 5 hours it didn't really matter. Very bad experience. More
