There's only one car MyKey and they need to reimburse me for a free key. I bought the car with $12,000 cash. No loans or anything and the least they could do is make a free key. This is an amendment to a negative review I gave for poor service response I received from this dealership. I was going to change dealerships (which is what I thought the service advisor wanted) but decide service response I received from this dealership. After the review the general manager of the dealership (Brian Weiss) and I talked and he has totally improved my situation and attitude. They are taking care of my service needs while picking up and returning my F-250 to me. More

This is an ongoing strategy at this dealership: To see if they can out wait your patience and get you to go somewhere else for warranty work. Do not buy or get your vehicle serviced at this dishonest dealership. On another occasion, they claimed they were out of stock on a part to fix my front suspension (the infamous Ford "deathwobble") until I wrote a letter to the NTSB and FoMoCo. More
We have had a terrible buying experience here. My husband is in finance and asked 3 times if it was a soft pull and we were told yes. As our credit is being ran, we both receive alerts saying our credit has received a hard pull. After this we almost felt a pressure to move forward with the purchase as our credit had already been hit. Super disappointing. I initially picked out this specific car and one of the main features that sold me over another very similar vehicle we had been looking at was the remote start listed in the description. The minute we I arrived and we started walking towards the car I confirmed that the vehicle had remote start, as this is a very important feature to me and I was told yes. After we had purchased and I was handed keys, I asked how the remote start worked and was told it actually does not have remote start, it's keyless start (I know the difference and this was not was I was told when I arrived, I also have a screen shot from the description on auto trader) This morning we noticed a piece falling off of the bottom of the vehicle - not even one week after we drove off the lot. I've taken this car to the park three times in the few days that we have had it, and now it needs to go to the shop and have repairs done. We are also missing floor mats (although our salesman said he does have some extras set aside from us that we would need to pick up). I'm so incredibly disappointed in the entire experience and would never purchase a vehicle here again. More
