Jim arranged for an inspection to diagnose a failed wheel bearing. After discussion, we elected to repair both the right and left front wheel bearings and hubs. We hope this allows us to obtain additional mileage and use from this great vehicle. And once again, Jim Ayo helped us when it was needed. More

Bought a used car from them. All assurances were it was fine but turns out my local GM dealer found the entire front end is worn out. If that wasn't enough there's a frickin bullet hole in the door that they tried to convince me was from a dent puller... the hole is 0.22", see for yourself. Someone may have been shot or even killed in it. Let than sink in for a second... My requests for correction were largely ignored because the car was over 10 years old (barely 11). I offered to buy the parts ($600) if they install them (2.5 hours). After peaceful communications feel through, heated negotiations yielded a $40 labor discount... it costs $90 in gas to get there and back. These people are crooks and did not stand by the car they sold me. The salesman was dismissive and unresponsive to calm and polite communication requests for an entire week until I threatened to write this review. More
