Friendly, knowledgeable, law enforcement, marines, efficient, courteous ……. BUT after signing all the papers and while transferring all our private “stuff” to our “new” 2018 Chevy Equinox, we learned efficient, courteous ……. BUT after signing all the papers and while transferring all our private “stuff” to our “new” 2018 Chevy Equinox, we learned they only had one key fob. That will not work for two drivers. And that is a big deal! Means four stars instead of five. Means I have to now spend a hundred dollars - or more - on a duplicate. The deal went sour for a mere $100?? Sorry, that’s how we see it.
