Big thanks to Todd Mayes and the team at North Central Ford, they are the most competitive, friendly, and easy-going Ford dealer in DFW. From my first interaction with this dealership, I knew I was in goo Ford, they are the most competitive, friendly, and easy-going Ford dealer in DFW. From my first interaction with this dealership, I knew I was in good hands. I searched all over Texas and the surrounding states for a new Raptor and as soon as what I was looking for showed up in their incoming inventory I received a call from Todd who kept me up to date on the status of the truck. Fast forward to today when I went to see it for the first time, we went on a quick test drive, had my trade-in appraised, and sped through the financing process with ease. What a refreshing experience! The finance team got me a great rate, great money for my trade, and had me out in about an hour. Hats off to Todd, Brian and the rest of the North Central Ford Team, you guys rock! More
The truck was above average condition and did not seem to have any issues, it sounded and drove good. I was happy with the truck but I think that it cost a little more than it should have. It was a set price have any issues, it sounded and drove good. I was happy with the truck but I think that it cost a little more than it should have. It was a set price without any discount for paying with cash. More
I have owned a Ford since 1996, and have purchased 5 Ford vehicles in the last 10 years. The experience I have had with this dealer is the worst I have had anywhere. I purchased a used 2013 Ford Edge for my vehicles in the last 10 years. The experience I have had with this dealer is the worst I have had anywhere. I purchased a used 2013 Ford Edge for my sons 1st car a month and a half ago. Within weeks of having it we had to take it in for noise breaks. My local dealer gave me papers showing the breaks were missing anti rattle clips, and I should bring it back to North Central Ford for them to fix it considering they sold it to me and should have seen that during inspection. The car also started having fuel injection problems last week. You would think North Central would work with me and fix the breaks that they missed and look into the injectors issue since I purchased a warranty. No I pick up my plates and explain the issue and they say they are not responsible for the breaks and if warranty covers injector issue they will look into it. I guess they sold me a lemon 🍋 and don't give care. Never thought I would get screwed over by a Ford dealer. Chevy/Dodge here I come! More

Friendly, knowledgeable, law enforcement, marines, efficient, courteous ……. BUT after signing all the papers and while transferring all our private “stuff” to our “new” 2018 Chevy Equinox, we learned efficient, courteous ……. BUT after signing all the papers and while transferring all our private “stuff” to our “new” 2018 Chevy Equinox, we learned they only had one key fob. That will not work for two drivers. And that is a big deal! Means four stars instead of five. Means I have to now spend a hundred dollars - or more - on a duplicate. The deal went sour for a mere $100?? Sorry, that’s how we see it. More
