Great Salesperson (Josh )experience however the Finance experience with Mr. Nael Malabi was EXTREMELY deceptive and PREDATORY. When Mr. Malabi became aware that my loan amount was low and he could not sell experience with Mr. Nael Malabi was EXTREMELY deceptive and PREDATORY. When Mr. Malabi became aware that my loan amount was low and he could not sell me the Maintenance/ Extended warranty package he figured out an EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE way to still make his commission. This entailed informing me that my loan amount would be 4.89% ( kinda high given my credit score is 750+), making me sign the documents on a tablet where ONLY Signatures appear while he was verbally telling me what I was signing ( RED FLAG - and my fault for being bought in by his deceptively friendly behavior). He "accidently" DID'NT include the loan paperwork in all the other papers provided. When I called the bank today I was informed that my loan Rate was 5.89%...so I immediately referenced my recorded conversation ( luckily I had the presence of mind to do that at least) and VERIFIED that Mr. Malabi had indeed skimmed a profit by upselling me !! I would be very cautious of dealing with this person and DEFINITELY would stay away from this dealership ! More
