Dealer Experience Worst experience ever! I understand that we all have jobs and quotes/goals that we have to meet but I thought that honesty should never be compromised Worst experience ever! I understand that we all have jobs and quotes/goals that we have to meet but I thought that honesty should never be compromised just to get the job done. Beware of this dealer because honesty and ethics are not something they consider important to carry our their business process. Make sure you reread a contract several times before signing it because they will change numbers without informing you of the changes. Very disappointing that dealers like this one are allowed to operate. More

2 Hour oil change? I took my f-350 in for and oil change and tire rotation at 11:42 am. As far as the tires go they only had to move them on the truck, NO dismount and I took my f-350 in for and oil change and tire rotation at 11:42 am. As far as the tires go they only had to move them on the truck, NO dismount and remount with balance . Just move them. This took 2 HOURS. AND I also did not receive a 20 point inspection or the report that goes with it. All my cars get this inspection and report EVERYTIME I have gone in. I was told my truck was ready and hustled out the door with no explanation of why it took so long. I think they forgot about me and panicked, because when I looked at my bill it was hand written over, and the price of the work had been reduced! Now if someone had said something or apologized that would've been better. I have learned my lesson at North Brothers. I bought the same truck from them ordered custom NEW. I drove the truck home thinking I was okay. But the dealer failed to UPDATE my plates and let me drive out with expired plates. THIS COST ME $160 when I was pull over 6 months later and argued with a cop that a dealer wouldn't sell me a truck and put expired plates on it!!! No I will never go back and will tell friends and family to go out of their way to NOT go to North Bros!!! More

Saticfaction!!! Most dealerships you go to make you feel like prey and the salesmen are vultures- not at North Brothers. We were greeted and asked if there was anything specific we were looking for, if we needed help, or if we wanted a few minutes to look around. They did not immediately ask for all kinds of personal info. I told Jason Law what I was looking for- he actually listened to me and my price range. He didn't try putting me in a vehicle that was out of my price range- but he did show me what I could afford that I didn't think I could!! Mitch was also great in helping with financing and getting the deal done. I liked that I didn't feel pressure or obligation to sign right away-I was encouraged but not stressed. I am over the top pleased!! More

I then ran into some issues with my car and after first being told by someone there was nothing they could do, I connected with a manager and the body shop manager who are fixing my vehicle for me. I Trusted These Guys. Nightmare. I am now paying another auto repair service to replace a bad Master Cylinder ( under warranty ), that North Bros put in this April 2016. A Nightmare. I am now paying another auto repair service to replace a bad Master Cylinder ( under warranty ), that North Bros put in this April 2016. Also, it needs a Brake Flush, which North Bros claimed they did, and charged me for, but didn't to the best of my knowledge. The Service Dept manager won't get back with me on this matter. I was told by them that I need new Front Calipers, and a Brake Booster. Not true at all. I just had the Calipers replaced 2 yrs ago. The new place said they are fine. Instead of telling me the truth,, that the Master Cylinder they put in back in April is bad, and could have been replaced under warranty, they said I need new front Calipers, and a Brake Booster. They also said they couldn't find those parts for my car, and wanted me to just drive it home with out brakes! I called around, and it took me 5 minutes to find the parts. When I told North Bros I found the parts, they were shocked, and asked me where I found them. Then out of the blue, they were able to find the parts through another parts store they deal with. ( Parts that I never need in the first place ). I had to have it towed to another auto service repair, because North Bros said I had no brakes. I DO have brakes according to the new place. Enough to let me drive it to the new place. Which means I didn't have to have it towed at all. I could have driven it to the new place. I'm sure they have gotten a good laugh out of this. I originally came in for my Free oil change. They even tried to charge me for that too, after all was said, and done. Just to add insult to injury. What kind of dealership tells someone to drive home with no brakes? More
