Freindly, courteous salesman. No hidden agenda, price was as stated, didn't have to ask for the free floor mats!. Financing manager stayed late to complete the deal with no signs of annoyance. We had a overall great experience. We were looking to buy a Focus, trade in our car and get the best overall deal. Patrick took our inital call and was very helpful explaining the current deals. Then Mike Fitzgerald assisted with my appointment and the rest of the sale. Mike was great. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and he was very patient with us as we looked at the car. Mike continued to be professional, helpful, patient, informative and helped us move quickly so we could get our car. With the economic times hitting our family as well, we were looking to get the best financial deal we could and Mike and Matt helped make that possible. The staff in the office were friendly, informative and worked together well. I would refer this dealership and salesman to my friends and family. More
I have purchased vehicles from North brothers for years and when Mike left I tried another dealership and did not feel like I was treated with the same professionalism and respect that I felt I deserved. My experience with Ed and Steve in the New & Used Car & Truck Sales Department couldn't have been any better. I had been in a horrific car accident the week prior to going in to North Brothers to look f & Truck Sales Department couldn't have been any better. I had been in a horrific car accident the week prior to going in to North Brothers to look for a used vehicle to replace my 2006 Ford Fusion which had been totalled. I felt total hopelessness after the accident and it was so gratifying to end the whole ordeal working with Steve and Ed in the purchase of my 2008 Ford Focus SES. I appreciate all of the time they spent with me, their help in obtaining such a great finance rate from Ford Credit for me, and even returning my rental car back to Enterprise for me the next morning. It was a real pleasure meeting and working with both of these gentlemen. My experience with North Brothers has always been very satisfying, from their new car sales and used car sales to their service department. I have always been greeted with a smile and treated with dignity and respect by all of their employees. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

My dad had gone in on a Friday night and set up for me to test drive a manual Focus on Saturday. When we got there the car wasn't available. When he found it they were cleaning it. He said that even though we had set an appointment there was no way to take it for a test drive until Monday, because once it is in to be cleaned they can't stop. I said oh, well, I have a list of other cars to see I guess I will check on one of those. He told me that was good and that maybe I would find a car at one of those dealerships. At this point my dad and I were both upset but we said maybe we would come back Monday and wondered if they were willing to talk price. He said that there was no way they'd budge on price because it hadn't been at the lot very long and if we didn't want it for that price someone would since it was the ST and it is a sporty car. The salesperson was friendly on Friday, but when we came in Saturday he was rude and very unprofessional. The next dealership we went to was great (Taylor Ford), we told him what happened and he thought it was just as ridiculous as we did and I bought a car from them instead. More
My wife and I called this morning to inquire about pricing on a Ford Flex. We were quoted a price based on a combination of incentives AND interest rate offered from Ford Credit. Upon arrival (my wi pricing on a Ford Flex. We were quoted a price based on a combination of incentives AND interest rate offered from Ford Credit. Upon arrival (my wife came by herself) my wife test drove the vehicle and filled out the necessary paperwork then did the requisite wait to finalize the sale. My wife was informed that the incentives changed from the time we had called this morning to the time the paper work was submitted. Also, she was informed that the interest rate was exclusive of the incentives, meaning that the interest rate we were quoted was NEVER valid with the incentives we were quoted. This is caused by one of two things; 1. This was a bait and switch or 2. The salesman did not know what he was talking about I understand that Ford changes their incentives at the drop of a hat, but incentives can be back dated and the interest rate was NEVER to be combined with the incetives. When discussing this with the sales manager, he was unapologetic and flipant about the possibility of apologizing for the lack of communication and misdirection. At the time, North Brothers Ford has an offer of a $25 gas card for test driving a vehicle. Even after the terrible experience (and yes, the vehicle was test driven) they did not offer the gas card to my wife. In summary, 1. Be VERY skeptical about any numbers quoted over the phone. 2. If you are a woman and go in alone, be very skeptical of ANY numbers given. I cant help but feel that my wife was taken advantage of or treated a little differently because she was a woman in there by herself. 3. Make sure you have done your research on incentives available and check them against another dealership 4. Go to that other dealership to make your purchase or lease. More
