North Brothers, no more Colleen, in service is excellent. That being said, service is awful. They are very slow, and insult your intelligence with lame excuses. Had one of our cars all day and didn't even look at it, yes we had an appointment. Another car had a problem with the overheating light coming on. It took almost 2 years and 4 trips to the dealership to get it resolved. It was a sensor, which we had asked about in the beginning. These are only two examples of several problems we've had with North Brothers. It's very sad, they used to have such a good reputation. There are 5 Ford owners in my family and we are all going elsewhere. 😞 More

Saved the day! I brought my car in for a recall and was told a driver would bring me right home so I didn't think there would be an issue but, their driver was at le I brought my car in for a recall and was told a driver would bring me right home so I didn't think there would be an issue but, their driver was at least 45 min away. I needed to get home because I had a very important conference call set up with my colleagues in Germany. If it hadn't been for Stephan and his persistence I never would have made it home in time.
