We have been using North Brothers Ford to purchase new and used cars for 19 years. We have also used their service center and unfortunately their body shop. I say unfortunately, because my car was in an accident. Both the service center and the body shop have done wonderful jobs. We've been working with Sharon Carpenter for many years. Sharon is a wonderful salesperson. I can honestly say, we have never had a bad experience at North Brothers. More
Our family has been buying cars from this dealership since 1973. The quality of the staff and the product has kept us coming back. We have bought other brands, but prefer our Fords. We have had some unusual family circumstances over the past two years, and have bought of leased five new cars, and one used car. If we were not satisfied, we would not have kept coming back. More

I was short on time and it was getting close to Christmas Eve. Mike Shebli and all those who helped with the purchase of my 2012 Ford Taurus were exceptional. They made my experience a great one. This dealership wasted my time. They agreed to a price on my trade in and on a new car lease. We had all of the paperwork signed and they took my down payment via credit card. Before handing me the ke on my trade in and on a new car lease. We had all of the paperwork signed and they took my down payment via credit card. Before handing me the keys, they tried to change the terms of the deal. It was not a matter of a mistake or anything like that. They just tried to change the deal post facto and squeeze and extra few hundred out of me. When you are leasing a $54,000 car, this should not be an issue. I refused to be worked in this manner. The salesman was fine, but the sales manager just hid in his office and would not even come out to discuss his position in person. This is exactly why people hate walking into a car dealership. I would avoid this place like the plague. More

We knew we wanted to buy a new car, and thought it would be the new Escort that everyone was talking about. My daughter and I sat down with Dnn and he asked us what we were looking for. We told he it had to be inexpensive and affordable, for my daughter, who was still in school. Dan ran us through various pricing, and then we settled on a color. We did not want to wait for a specificc color to come in from another dealer, as my daughters car had just died two days ago, and she was using my car. He went to get a car for her to test drive and showed her how the new "stuff" on the car worked. She took it for a ride and deceided that was the car we would buy. He went through all of the paper work and took us in to see the finance person. We went through all the procedures with him. He wanted to make sure that we knew how a lease car was turned in and what we were responsible for. He informed us wearcare and different type of insurances that were offered ffor tke car. We then went back to Dan who had the paper ready for sighing. Dan took us throught every sheet of paper that we signed so we understood, what we were signing. I definately would go through Dan again, when we buy another ford. More
My wife and I were not sure what to expect when we called North Bros. today. We had dealt with our Ford dealerships in the past and were not always thrilled with the service. From the moment we called and spoke with Blake to the moment we left the lot in our new car later that same day we were very, very happy with the service. Blake was awesome, made us both feel comfortable and didn't come off as pushy like so many other salesmen do. More
