I have dealt with Sharon Carpenter on my last two vehicle purchases and she has been "over the top" helpful both times. She then delivered the car to my home which was about 30 miles away and we signed the paperwork right in my kitchen! You just can't ask for more than that. She is an very easy person to deal with and someone you would like to sit down to a cup of coffe with or, in my case, a glass of wine!! The minute I walked in I met Lee, a great guy with a friendly and positive attitude. Given my current financial state I really felt Lee had my back and was willing to go the extra mile to help me find the right car for an honest price. We went over the escape and lee laid it all out, and showed me all the features like a super motivated "barry" after we talked about it what i was looking for in a vehicle and my finances we went over to the fusion and I was sold (mentally) I felt lee really understood the financial crunch Im going through in this recession, not the greatest time for me to get my first brand spankin new fusion but my old car is nothing but constant repairs on wheels and Lee totally got that. I felt he was going above and beyond to give me the best possible deal, even though my budget was less than required Ill definitely come back to North Brothers and get my fusion from Lee!! More

Heard it was the best time of year to get a new car, so I talked with Doug North to confirm that it was. So we got in touch with Sharon Carpenter, which by the way helped us with our last car. She had an Edge and Escape ready for us to test drive. Sharon went over all the details and we decided, yes we could afford to lease a 2013 Edge. We gave her our wants on the Edge. She emailed me a loan application to get the ball rolling. Called in two days with the news that I got a great rate on the lease. Sharon searched hard to find me the car I wanted, by the following Saturday everything was ready to pick my new Edge. Because of the great incentives I was able to get a Edge SEL with some more bells and whistles that my old Edge did not have. I love the Sync and the dual temperature controls! Emailed Joanne before even coming into the dealership, explaining my situation and what I was looking for. We set an appointment for the following week and immediately upon my arrival I was blown away by explaining my situation and what I was looking for.
