about a year ago i bought a new ford explorer from jose at north brothers ford. it was the best car buying experience i've had over the years, so when my daughter called and asked if i could recommend any at north brothers ford. it was the best car buying experience i've had over the years, so when my daughter called and asked if i could recommend any one i suggested jose. he found the new explorer she wanted in one day and completed the deal the next day without a hitch. great dealership, great salesman, great job!!! Salesperson is friendly and got the vehicle delivered quickly. The recall issues, although it's due to another dealer's fault, bothered me and caused inconvenience. No excuses. I hope the dealer can learn from the lesson. BTW, opening on Saturday is definitely a big plus and won us over. Price is Ford A plan, no complaints there. I found a $99 charge for wheel lock after I signed the leasing contract. Shouldn't you inform me of this charge and get my consent? Overall, I give this dealer a 4 out of 5 and would come back again in the future. More
