I just leased my 8th vehicle from Sharon Carpenter and I could not be more pleased. I took almost a month to make up my mind regarding the car and color I wanted, but, Sharon was there for me the entire ti could not be more pleased. She even helped me resolve a potential chargeable issue on my current lease through the body shop. I absolutely love my new car and look forward to seeing Sharon in another two years for number nine. Bill Carcone was professional, welcoming, friendly and courteous. He carefully outlined the "plan" for getting our Taurus repaired after being involved in an accident. He explained the process of dealing with our insurance company, ordering parts, etc. He called us the day after we dropped the car off to let us know just what was entailed (said there could be more damage to the rear of our vehichle once the bumper was taken off and could be fully examined). Everything he did was in a timely manner. Having been "traumatized" by the rear-end collision ( Bill allayed our fears with his kind and caring demeanor. This was our first experience with this dealership and because of Bill we plan to return when our lease is up. More
About 25 miles into a drive my car started running poorly, the check engine light came on and i pulled into a gas station and looked over the engine, checked the oil and found nothing i could see wron poorly, the check engine light came on and i pulled into a gas station and looked over the engine, checked the oil and found nothing i could see wrong, i assumed i had bad gas because i had just filled the tank during my drive. I drove the tank of gas out and refueled with premium but that didnt take care of the problem. i took it in for service and was called later in the day and informed my engine wiring had rodent damage, and that a connector and some wiring were chewed and that it was not a warrenty problem. I approved the repair based on what i was told on the phone, and picked my car that evening. (they were open late). The repair came to over $300.00 dollars. Being an electrician i was curious to see what rodent chewed wiring looked like so i retrieved the connector and two 2" pieces of wire that were the parts they saved for me, upon inspection i found NO chew marks and both pieces of wire were free of chew marks as well. I then did a meega ohm meter test on the wire to test their insulation integrity and conductivity and both were perfect. I took several pictures from all angles and wrote the service manager, he responded that he talked to my advisor and that i approved the repairs. ( I did approve the based on him telling me of OBVIOUS chew marks in the wire and connector). One would think that if a rat had chewed thru one coil wire as mr Liptek stated in his mail response to me and most of the way thru the other that this problem would have happened in the morning at start up. I find it hard to believe that a rat was happily feeding on my engine wiring at 50 mph on a hot engine, One would also assume that a coil that generates ( just guessing but maybe 10,000 volts) would certainly electrocute a rat that chewed (completly thru one wire and almost thru the other). I was also told of nesting meterial in my engine bay. I would assume that if i had a customer question a repair that pehaps an intelligent individual would save this and ALL damaged parts that the customer requested. ( i recieved two 2" pieces of wire and a two wire connector, both in perfect condition). Needless to say, I had planned on buying this vehicle and a new king ranch for myself, but will now purschase a Chevrolet Malibu and Silverado instead. More
I had a terrific experience at North Bros Ford. Tom Pawelski was my salesman but Dan D and Jamie K also helped. I liked that they didnt seem to mind helping each other out. I got the Escape I wanted, a Pawelski was my salesman but Dan D and Jamie K also helped. I liked that they didnt seem to mind helping each other out. I got the Escape I wanted, and was able to turn in my current lease early. I was not pressured in any way to get something I didnt want, which is great. Tom has been in touch to see if I am happy with my Escape (which I am!) and to make sure the car is not having any problems. I will definitely go back to Tom and will also send any friends or family to him. More
This was my second car from North Brothers Ford - both new Edges. Sharon Carpenter is excellent to work with.
