Site unseen I spent several weeks searching for a Lincoln MKT with all the options and color combination I wanted, living in California I did not want to purchase I spent several weeks searching for a Lincoln MKT with all the options and color combination I wanted, living in California I did not want to purchase anything where road salt is used. I stumbled upon the MKT I wanted, low miles, right color, price, all options, unfortunately it was in Minnesota at North Branch Chevrolet. I contacted Brad who was very patient with me and my many questions, he sent me pictures of the undercarriage, engine compartment, and also several videos to ensure me this car was in the advertised condition. He also arranged shipping for me and stayed in contact until the car arrived. The certified lifetime warranty was the icing on the cake. Brad also informed me he would keep in touch and to contact him anytime, a true professional. More

Greg Houchins We recently purchased 2 vehicle from North Branch Chev. - a 2015 Truck ordered from the factory and a pre-owned vehicle from the lot. Greg Houchins was very helpful in searching for just the right truck that fit us, not just to make a sale.. Trade value for our highly customized 2011 Tahoe was $6000 more than a Chev. dealership just 30 miles away! Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly... and the life-time powertrain warranty on the pre-owned Toyota Rav4 sealed the deal for us. I'm not sure we will go anyplace else for a vehicle again - Thanks Guys! More
