So rude I left the dealership before the test drive To say the least I am absolutely appalled by the way I was treated at this “dealership”. Jc was a great salesman and was the only reason I made the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. When I arrived to the dealership JC was not working. So the sales manager Fred assigned Dave as my salesman. Dave was condescending, as I went to start the test drive, He asked me if I’d even have the money to afford the truck. I said excuse me, and responded with is that really the way you talk to your customers I handed him back the keys and told him I did not want to deal with him anymore and would like a new salesman. He then got the sales manager Fred who came out trying to intimidate me to trade in my vehicle for less than it was worth and buying his truck for more than it was worth... Fred was absolutely belligerent, rude and offensive. He came out and started yelling at me that he did not want me to test drive his truck because I knew the value of my vehicle and I was jaded for not backing down off of the price. Bottom line is they’re looking to con people who don’t now anything about vehicles, and intimidate people who do know about the vehicles off of their lot. More
