Jackson did most of the heavy lifting once I got there but Jon was kind enough to wait after hours to meet with us since we got stuck in traffic. The Car was exactly as promised and the sale process was smooth with a no pressure sale. They even got me great financing. They are a good group of guys and Gal there and I highly recomend shopping there. Pickup was no hassle. Any remaining issues were communicated with me and resolved. I would shop there again. More

The experience I had at North Bay was nothing short of an absolute pleasure in comparison. I dealt with Jackson Morgan and he was knowledgeable and extremely easy going. I was not pressured at any point throughout the process. The selection of vehicles and quality was far more than any other dealer had on hand. I was also impressed by the fact that even after we agreed on a price, they found a couple things they did not like during the final inspection and went ahead and corrected them with no additional cost to me. There is absolutely no reason I would go to any other dealer when looking for my next vehicle and I have already suggested North Bay to my coworkers and friends. More

A great experience The entire experience at North Bay exceeded my expectations. I started researching cars 10 months ago and quickly determined I wanted an Audi. Once I found the specific make, model and trim that I wanted I searched on cars.com for the exact specifications. I ended up at North Bay because they had a very specific car (A6 Prestige w/ innovation package, black on black) that I knew I wanted. I started emailing David before and he was very quick to respond, and provide information. I visited the dealership to test drive the car and worked with Rick Rodriguez, who was super friendly, and not pushy! He let me take my time reviewing every detail of the car and then the paperwork, and was there to explain the process in detail when questions came up. Purchasing the car was the best part, all the paperwork had been completed in advance, I just had to show up, review it and sign off on it. I purchased the car out of state, and using the service that they have to register the car was the best. It was incredibly simple and saved me a ton of time. The car... is stunning. It was perfectly represented in the ads, all the features were outlined perfectly and the car is exactly how it was represented. Its a low mileage, super clean car that rides like a dream. I absolutely LOVE driving again. A few days after I purchased the car I noticed that the front passenger vents weren't working. I called North Bay and they asked me to see my local dealership (so I wouldn't have to drive 6 hours to North Bay). I had it fixed, and North Bay took care of all of the paperwork and corrections on that issue. Working with North Bay was perfect, the process was smooth, the team was transparent and always helpful. I will absolutely be back in the future for my next car, and will send everyone I know who loves beautiful luxury cars! More

Jackson Morgan was my salesman .... and was very affable and accommodating. Let me take the car for a long test drive. We reached an agreement a hour later and over the next couple of days, Jackson was very responsive any of my emails. I live in NJ but came all the way to CT just to find a car. When I arrived at Northbay Derek helped me find my next car in their inventory lot full of great looking vehicles. Derek was very helpful and very patient with me. I ended up with a Mercedes C300. The inside is Almond gorgeous. Derek did all the work for me from beginning to end. They communicate really well too via emails and calls. They registered the car for me which was a great help since I'm from NJ. When I picked up the car it was in pristine condition! The car smelled better than the new car scent. They not only polished the outside they even replaced the front rotor brakes and all 4 tires for me for free! I got my car after a few days and knew right away that getting a used car at Northbay far exceeds the experience of driving off in a brand new one at any other dealer. They made the visit easy and they don't over sell you anything else. My sister who was with me got interested in a Roadster and Derek didn't even jump to get her sale, he concentrated his efforts on me his main customer. Other car dealers see a female customer and immediately treat us less than a male counterpart. Not Derek and definitely not at Northbay.
