Ray we appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We take all feedback seriously but are also up-front about addressing inaccuracies. The SQ5 at Boston Foreign was not the same vehicle as ours. The price difference was due the fact that theirs had fewer options and a Damage report on the Carfax. So it was not the same car for $3500 less and, all that considered, ours was still the better deal. When you spoke to our sales consultant he told you that Boston Foreign is known for selling vehicles with structural damage and accident history that can influence the pricing. That is a true statement. I'm writing this on 3/9/19 and I just checked the Carfax reports on the first 10 cars on their website. Of those, 3 are Lemon Law buybacks with branded titles, 3 have structural damage on the Carfax, and one, an A8, has a damage report and 2 accidents, one of which indicating "Severe Damage". Additionally, considering I was sitting right next to my salesperson while he was on the phone with you, and since the call was recorded, the suggestion that he "stuttered and hug up on you" is simply untrue. The call ended with you saying verbatim "Alright I appreciate it bud", him saying "Not a problem" and you both thanked each other for your time and hung up mutually. It was a pleasant and professional conversation but your account of it here is entirely dishonest and that's truly unfortunate.
