I was promised 2 set of keys upon picking up the car. 8 months later no key and the sales person Tiffany stopped responding to calls and emails. Additionally there were serious issues with the car aft 8 months later no key and the sales person Tiffany stopped responding to calls and emails. Additionally there were serious issues with the car after we drove off the lot. At first they tried to nickel and dime me for repairs even though the estimates came from the actual manufacturer’s dealership. Clearly they don’t care about customers after the purchase. I would not recommend More

Poor communication. Had me view car without a salesmen for first 35 minutes. “David” never introduced himself never even said hi and was later told he was the manager. They took days to valve my trade in and were 17k lower on average offer. Would never go back to them for anything. More
