Mr. Roberts was very helpful in explaining all the questions I had about the new 2012 Escalade I was interested in leasing. He was there from the moment I sat at his desk, with questions regarding the questions I had about the new 2012 Escalade I was interested in leasing. He was there from the moment I sat at his desk, with questions regarding the Escalade options, to the moment that I drove away with my new vehicle satisfied that I was very familiar with all the features available in this luxury vehicle. There is really nothing else a customer needs. Thank you Mr. Roberts Sincerely Zdenko Beg More

Rich and John made the purchase of my escalade a great one. I have purchased many cars in the past, Porsche, BMW, Lexus, etc. I had lost faith purchasing an American car but North Bay has renewed my con one. I worked with John Campanelli who is a class act. We purchased from him over some other dealers because he was straightforward, honest, and insightful about the car we were looking to buy. From the minute my father and I walked into the dealership, John was a pleausre to deal with. He was polite, friendly, knowledgable and honest. We walked out of another dealership (Nissan) because dealership, John was a pleausre to deal with. He was polite, friendly, knowledgable and honest. We walked out of another dealership (Nissan) because the sales rep started the negotiation game with us and I felt that I was being taken advantage of. I never felt that John was trying to do that to us. He was honest and made the entire process, including our decision, to lease on the spot - very easy. He also took care of everything for us. He went over and above what you would think any sales person would do for a customer. Not only would I recommend your dealership, I would recommend John specifically, for that very reason. He gave me what I wanted, made it easy and he gained a customer that more than likley will come back to this dealership and him inparticular. Jill More
On December 3, 2012 I visited this dealership with interest in a certified pre-owned Cadillac CTS. After a test drive, I was interested in the vehicle. The vehicle had cosmetic condition issues that interest in a certified pre-owned Cadillac CTS. After a test drive, I was interested in the vehicle. The vehicle had cosmetic condition issues that were not apparent in the online pics, but that seemed repairable. After several rounds of back and forth negotiations in which the salesman would run my offer past the manager, an agreement was reached. The salesman, Max Zadeh, and I shoook hands. An invoice was drawn up and I signed it. As well, I gave a five hundred dollar deposit. I was told I could pick the car up the next week and that I would be called by the finance manager as to my interest rate and loan details. The salesman then went to have the manager sign the invoice. Suddenly, after nearly 2 hours of negotiation, the manager indicated the deal that was reached was no good and that they wanted the full asking price for the vehicle and that there was a "misunderstanding" between him and the salesman. I left the dealership after having spent more than three hours there and reaching what was by all accounts an agreement. Their actions constitute false misrepresentation and the owner will be given an opportunity to remedy the situation before legal remedies are pursued and the news media in New York and Connecticut are involved.
