I found North Bay Cadillac by doing an online search for the car I wanted. My first contact with North Bay was with Susan H, my online consultant. After I chose a vehicle and came down to purchase it, when I arrived at the dealership I had learned that the vehicle had already been sold. My salesman was very helpful in finding me another vehicle to my liking. The only difference was that the available vehicle had an upgrade in the rims. My salesman honored the price I was quoted over the internet, even though this other vehicle was more expensive. I am completely satisfied with North Bay Cadillac, and would recommend them and will use them again why I purchase my next vehicle. More
