I purchased a 2009 Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac CTS in December 2012 from North Bay. The advertisement, Carfax and salesman all indicated to me that the vehicle was Cadillac Certified Pre-owned and had a December 2012 from North Bay. The advertisement, Carfax and salesman all indicated to me that the vehicle was Cadillac Certified Pre-owned and had a 6 year/100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty that went with it. I was given the in-service date and told when the bumper to bumper warranty would expire. It is now May 2013 and I brought my CTS in for service at a different Cadillac dealership in Connecticut and was told that the GM database does not indicate that the vehicle is a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle and that the requisite repairs would not be covered by warranty. The salesman who completed delivery of my vehicle, John Campanelli has indicated to me that he "has no information indicating that the vehicle was certified." I am livid and feel defrauded, I have contacted my Attorney General here in Connecticut and will contact the Attorney General in New York, Eric Schneiderman, to report this out right fraud and deceptive and unfair trade and business practice. As I stated in the survey I filled out two years ago; the only sales associate that understands me and my needs is Alfonse Carlino. I didn't need to trade in my two thousand eleven SRX, however, when I floa only sales associate that understands me and my needs is Alfonse Carlino. I didn't need to trade in my two thousand eleven SRX, however, when I floated the idea to Alfonse, he worked with me tirelessly and presented all possible options to me that I did not know were possible. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a two thousand thirteen Cadillac Escelade for much less that I thought possible. Perhaps in another two years I might have Alfonso set me up in a two thousand fifteen Escalade as well. More

Best experience i ever had purchasing a car. Alfonso was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He took care of all the paperwork, being an out of state purchase that added some complexity, and got me friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable.
