This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from North Bay Cadillac thanks to previous relationships I had with Robert Genser. It has been nothing but a positive experience. I came in looking to return my current Cadillac CTS and get a new lease. I met Alfonso Carlino who was friendly, knowledgable and helpful in finding the car that had the features, color, etc. He went out o get a new lease. This is my third Cadillac since 2004 and Alsfonso is someone I will always come back to because of his commitment to please and his style in making the sale. Alsfonso makes it a point to follow up afte someone I will always come back to because of his commitment to please and his style in making the sale.
