OMG. I have a Cadi I contacted the dealer to price out a Buick Encore. I was a bit iffy on this car as I could not get it to be in my price range. However, some things I contacted the dealer to price out a Buick Encore. I was a bit iffy on this car as I could not get it to be in my price range. However, some things were simply meant to be.... I received an email from the dealer whcih was almost too good to believe. I stopped in. The next thing I knew, I was signing the papers for a brand new Cadi ATS. The payments were lower than the Buick, even with minimal money down. The payments were also much lower than I was paying on my current Ford Fusion. Plus, they bought me out of my lease. Everything was easy, up front and honest M.S. More

I've actually found a car dealership I like. I've purchased cars (new and used) before from a number of other dealerships, and also shopped for this purchase at a couple of dealers. It's usually I've purchased cars (new and used) before from a number of other dealerships, and also shopped for this purchase at a couple of dealers. It's usually an ordeal to buy a car. However, I was impressed with the low-pressure atmosphere at North Bay. Everyone was helpful, but I was very impressed with Alfonso Carlino. He answered all my questions, and if he didn't know something, he found the answer promptly. If he promised to call me at a certain time, he called. He located the exact car I wanted, and arranged a swap with another dealer. No stress, no arguments, very friendly, professional and respectful. I would definitely work with Alfonso again. The only minor problem (a missing set of locking lug nuts) was something overlooked by their "prep department" which Alfonso promptly rectified. And we love the new car! A suggestion for the dealership: if it's pouring rain, deliver the car under the roof covering the valet area. Don't make the salesperson (and the customer) stand out in the rain. There's no reason why Alfonso had to change over my plates in the pouring rain on the day I picked up the car, the construction at the dealership notwithstanding. Make room for the cars to be delivered under cover in inclement weather. More

I was introduced to a sales rep Alfonso Carlino who became my contact and sales rep at North Bay. He was friendly, easy to deal with and very professional. His knowledge of the product was thorough and he walked me through the whole process. I did not experience any problems and was very impressed with Alfonso and the entire team at North Bay. I would reccomend them to friends!!! More
