Expedited Leasing of a 2016 Cadillac XTS On Wednesday, 3/23 16, I had I arrived for an appointment with Mark Rathaus, Sales Consultant at North Bay Cadillac. My intention was to finalize the On Wednesday, 3/23 16, I had I arrived for an appointment with Mark Rathaus, Sales Consultant at North Bay Cadillac. My intention was to finalize the lease of a new Cadillac and drive it home. There was a misunderstanding between Mark and I as he did not think that I was taking the car home that day. I told Mark that I wanted to surprise my family that evening as we had a celebration planned at my home and it would be a perfect time to surprise everyone with the new car. Mark "pulled all the plugs" and expedited all the paperwork for the lease with GMC, insurance notification and registration with the DMV. Michelle Thornton, the Sales Manager, was very helpful in assisting Mark to make it possible to driver home the XTS that evening.
