I found the car I was looking for here at North Bay, on the internet. My phone conversations With Peter, John and David were perfect. Having bought a new car every 3 years (employer policy) for my entire working career I dealt with a lot of car salespeople. Some truthful some not so much (whatever it took to make the sale) and some outright liars. I was prepared for a challenging experience. It was just the opposite, it was probably the best buying experience I have ever had. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything additional like all finance guys do. He asked once if I wanted any warranties or anything, I said no thank you once and that was it. The numbers were just exactly as we discussed on the phone and he even added a couple of unexpected things such as free key replacement policy for three years, sanitizing the complete interior. I was really flabbergasted. As we were leaving John, who was not my salesman, followed us out asking if he could explain anything, pair our phones or anything else. I said no thank you, he said have a great day. And we drove away. Absolutely my best car buying experience ever, even though it was over in less than 20 minutes. All of the people with their negative reviews can take a hike. I would bet they are by competitors trying to give a bad name to a great dealership. The questions below all have very good as the highest rating, one of the responses should be "Amazing" or "Incredible". More

Had a terrible experience with north bay, I regret purchasing my vehicle here ( 2022 Escalade Esv ) back in December 2021. After I ordered the vehicle and when it came time to go back and pick it up purchasing my vehicle here ( 2022 Escalade Esv ) back in December 2021. After I ordered the vehicle and when it came time to go back and pick it up, they forced me to purchase a wheel and tire package they said was the dealerships policy! They also failed to mention that it would be void and worthless if the car was used as a commercial vehicle which I stated multiple times and even upgraded my vehicle warrant to a livery/Tlc unlimited warranty. Even the salesman knew this as I told him to he vehicle would be registered as a Tlc car. When I had a flat and it came time to exercise the protection, they voided the policy as it was a commercial vehicle! What a rip off I have contacted them many times about this but no one has done anything about it and that lady in finance kept avoiding my calls << she’s the one who said it was not a problem Cost me $1500 for a useless void policy More
If I could give a lower review, I would. I purchased a new Cadillac 7/10/23. It’s now 9/1 and it is still not registered. The registry has no record of the car, and my temp tags are expired. The sales manager, Michelle, who is extremely rude, advised me to drive it on expired tags, and that it is fine. My insurance will not cover me if the cars not registered, and if stopped, the car will be towed, impounded for 10-days, and I will be fined. I now have a car that I’ve owned for two months, that I can’t legally drive on the road, and they refuse to help me, just keep giving me excuses and blaming the dmv. The district manager blew off the 3 calls I made to him today, and is enjoying his long weekend, while I have to find an attorney to handle this matter. I asked for a rental and they refused. Their answer is to keep waiting, and drive it with expired tags, that “this is normal”. This is anything but normal and it does not take two months to register a car, out of state or not. I will never do business with North Bay Cadillac again, nor would I recommend them. The more I call, I only get excuses, and Michelle is only becoming more rude to me. The salesman was very nice and helpful, but there is nothing he can do now. All they care about is pushing cars out the door, not about issues with the ones they sold. I am beyond disappointed, and extremely frustrated that I now have to pay for a rental vehicle out of pocket, for an unknown time, until they get my car registered. As I told Michelle, the “sales manger”, they shouldn’t be selling cars out of state, if they don’t know the states laws and/or can’t comply with them. I am a manger myself, and if I handled issues the way she does, I would be fired! More

This was the first time working with Laura and would do it again when the time comes for our next car. We have purchased 5 vehicles from Northbay and have never disappointed. John Campanelli , the general sales manager who is also very instrumental in getting us to come back each time to purchase a new car from them. John was our original salesperson, before he became the general manager. we truly feel like we are part of the Northbay family. We are always treated with respect and a friendly and warm environment. Waited 6 weeks for appoint and dealer said im not in their system but squeeze me in they adjusted my hood release and I had to call at 5:45 15 minutes before the dealer closed to find out I wasn’t getti their system but squeeze me in they adjusted my hood release and I had to call at 5:45 15 minutes before the dealer closed to find out I wasn’t getting my truck back and then said they were going to keep it overnight to check out my transmission which at first they weren’t going to I lost my truck for a day and a half or a hood release that needed to be greased and readjusted not even replaced More

I couldn't believe it! They went above and beyond to make us happy. The regarded my trade in and something special and gave me an honest and fair price. Very happy! I also want to thank Gene, who was so wonderful and helpful, called me to make sure all was good after! I also want to thank Lyold from service and Joanna in finance for their help!!! More
