Since my car was 11 years old- it was time to buy or lease a new car. I walked into North Bay Cadillac Buick GMC since I wanted to see the new 2012 Buick Regal. I looked at other dealerships and came right back in two days to finalize the deal with North Bay. Since I loved the car, and thought so highly of Michael , I was convinced that North Bay Cadillac, Buick, GMC was for me. When I met the Finance Manager, David Colotti, he was also such a pleasure to deal with. He got me the best lease rate and explained everything in complete detail. I am now driving my new beautiful 2012 Buick Regal and am loving it. I would definitely recommend North Bay Cadillac Buick GMC to anyone and everyone. My wife and I drove to Great Neck from Islip after being introduced to North Bay by John through a cold call about inventory. He checked for the vehicle type and color we were looking for, found it, offere introduced to North Bay by John through a cold call about inventory. Upon entering the dealership, the friendly receptionist anticipated our names when we asked for John and showed us directly to our desk. John was courteous and attentive to our needs from the get go, he had expert knowledge of the vehicle, worked well with the numbers, and made the deal happen in an efficient and professional manner. Furthermore, when we came to pick up our SRX the next day, John made sure to have the car ready based on our tight schedule, acclimated us efficiently and effectively to our new ride, and even personally buffed out a smudge my wife had found on the side view mirror grabbing a rag and polish from the service shop!
