Alfonso ran the numbers and was very honest,He answered all my questions Alfonso had everything ready and the purchase went quickly and smoothly. Then he gave me a tutorial of all the functions and features of the Cts. I would highly recommend Alfonso Carlino if you're looking to purchase a car. I will definitely return to North Bay Cadillac and deal with Alfonso Carlino when I am ready to purchase another car. More
Since buying my 2011 SRX Premium Edition last year I always am thinking about how my whole purchasing experience was so comfortable and exciting. Also, Mr. Carlino is the reason makes it why I continue to consider possibly trading in my 2011 SRX for a new Escelade. I couldn't imagine my wanting to do so if Mr. Carlino wasn't involved directly in the process/experience. More

I started talking with North Bay Cadillac a week ago about the SRX they advertised on Autotrader.com. I sent numerous e-mails to KAT Rivera and even talked to Jeff Webber on the phone where we discussed their car’s (SRX) price and what my Cadillac ESV was worth. I told them I was driving to their dealership from CT (over 2 hours and tolls each way) on 3/6/2012 with check in hand and was ready to buy that day. I have never been treated so poorly at a CADILLAC dealership (or any other dealership for that matter) in the 30 years I have been buying cars. I talked to Jeff Webber that morning on the phone and even e-mailed them and gave them my approximate arrival time. When I showed up, the SRX wasn’t even on the lot. I was told the boss’ wife had it and she would bring it in for me to look at. When it finally showed up on the lot, it was filthy and my wife and I were left outside for about 10 min standing in the cold looking at said car with no help. I went back into the dealership and even told Jeff Webber that I felt like I had come at a bad time because no one seemed to want to sell me a car. Then We test drove the car and returned to the dealership where I was quoted a different price for the SRX (an increase of $3,000) which when brought to his attention, Jeff Webber said that he didn’t know that they had advertised a different price on the internet even though I had exchanged emails and phone calls about the price with him and Kat Rivera. Then I was told there was no way I could take the car home today because New York has paperwork that needed to be filled out (as if other states did not) and the car had to be prepped. I was a little baffled because I told them I was driving down from CT and wanted to buy the car in the same day. So, it could have been prepped beforehand. But, wait someone had it at home instead. When we test drove the car we noticed a piece of the U-rail was missing from the car and wanted it added to the deal and was told they couldn’t add it because they didn’t know the price. A Cadillac dealership couldn’t come up with a Cadillac part price. They offered a $100 towards the missing part, so if part cost more than that it would be my responsibility. This was totally different from attitude and experience I received from when I bought my last Cadillac from a different dealership. My wife found the missing part’s price online after we left the dealership for $144.90 my price, which I’m sure a Cadillac dealer could get it cheaper. More

I seldom take the time to write reviews, which should tell you something about my experience with North Bay Cadillac. You simply will not have a better car buying experience, period. John Campanelli was tell you something about my experience with North Bay Cadillac. You simply will not have a better car buying experience, period. John Campanelli was honest, knowledgeable and refreshingly straight forward. And very easy to deal with. No gimmicks, no surprises. He followed through on every aspect of the sale, and every detail was exactly as we had agreed. You might think all this exceptional service came at a high price. Quite the contrary. The deal we worked out was more than fair. Oftentimes, the final sit-down with the financial services manager can be a less than pleasant experience. Not so here. David Colotti made the conclusion of our experience just as easy and straightforward as the sales process. His job is to wrap up the financial end of the transaction, and also to make the buyer aware of purchase options. David enumerated five options for us to consider, offering his advice on which he thought would be useful and which he thought may not be right for us. There was absolutely no pressure and it was entirely up to us. Like John, he was quite pleasant and likable, and comported himself in a professional and respectful manner. Overall, a great dealer experience. More

My experience at North Bay Cadillac Buick and GMC were beyond great. My salesman Alfonso Carlino is a "Class ACT" all around from start to finish. I will recommend anyone that is interested in any make or model that North Bay has to offer because Alfonso always goes the extra mile. Must say not your typical car salesman Mr. Carlino. He definitely takes pride in his work and Mr. Carlino does not judge the book by it's cover which I think makes him an Asset to North Bay and the sales industry as a whole. This industry could use more people like Mr Carlino. and of course these other dealerships could learn a thing or two from North Bay's style of doing business the "Right Way". More
