I wanted to express how happy I am with my overall experience working with Ali and My Team on my purchase of a 2012 CTS-V Cadillac. I wanted to say THANK YOU to her for taking the time to explain each experience working with Ali and My Team on my purchase of a 2012 CTS-V Cadillac. I wanted to say THANK YOU to her for taking the time to explain each and every question that I had and speaking to me ... not at me, in order to help me make my purchase at North Bay Cadillac/BuicklGMC. I thought the best way to say thank you was to write a letter to highlighting both my interactions and experience. From my position Ali is an asset to both North Bay and Cadillac and thought with the service that I received she and he coworkers should get the recognition that they deserve if they don't already receive it. In this day and age, not many organizations possess qualities that I was fortunate to receive from My Team and this should be noted for all to see. Some of the qualities I noted in working with My Team were their integrity in action. CORE VALUES The strength of any organization and its ability to endure begins with its values ... the collective heart and soul of an organization . .. what is important and what is the foundation of every element of the organization from its competitive strategies to the actions taken daily by its people, like you Ali. Values should be a constant, in good times and bad. It is critical to have underlying values continually communicated to the coworkers and clients. Continued success is dependent on having the entire organization understand the foundation of values that you posses. There appears to be three enduring, core principles that have emulated from my experience with North Bay Cadillac Buick GMC since I walked into the showroom . 1. Ethically Based. Ali and her co-workers and the organization exhibited, at all times, the highest ethical standards during my endeavor of searching for my new car. Simply put, this means you are doing the right thing and it shows. A promise given is a promise fulfilled. Your business is based on trust and it began here. You are successful in the quality of Integrity. Illtegrity is the word. 2. Client Driven. Ali placed the interests I had first, rather than to just make a sale. In an industry that normally thinks in terms of numbers, she though in terms of relationships ... and that made all the difference for me. The goal is to build a relationship that produces happy clients over a long period of time and with that, gain new or repeat customers based on your core values rather than measuring numbers based on a single sale. Ali, your personal attention to detail exceeded my expectations. You proved that you were more committed to making ME happy and comfortable in my purchase than in the months and countless other dealerships that I had encountered prior. .. that is what distinguishes you and North Bay above the rest. Commitment to clients and responsibilities. 3. People Focused. As individuals and as an organization, the first person most people meet is the receptionist. I had the great pleasure of meeting Vanessa. She is also an asset to the North Bay family. She a real person who is intelligent, well spoken and knows much more than one would expect for this position. Vanessa was able to make me feel comfortable by responding to several questions I asked her regarding the CTS-V as well as other cars because she was NOT selling anything more than a smile and she spoke the way she felt with respect and dignity. I was able to relate, not feel I was being misguided by corporate training. Thanks Vanessa! This translates into Teamwork. I have always known Cadillac to be known by the highest level of standards and craftsmanship in its vehicles and now clearly by its personal and corporate integrity. My last fear was going to be dealing with the financial manager, but was pleased to have met Megan, and after a short period of time, I came to realize that she too was part of My Team and felt she was clearly ethical, compassionate and more than a pleasure to work with. Although I am more than happy with my purchase I almost wish I waited a little longer just to enjoy more time and the feeling of integrity, commitment and teamwork from My Team. But driving home after picking up my CTS-V just highlighted that I made the right choice, at the right time with the right team. The North Bay team! In my humble opinion I view North Bay Cadillac with the reputation for being fair and having honorable dealings that are second to none and I WILL send referrals to anyone who is interested in a quality vehicle from an excellent dealership. I just leased a new SRX from Northbay Cadillac and had the pleasure of dealing with John Campanelli who made the entire experience an enjoyable one. John also spent a lot of time on delivery day going over all the basic operations and new features to ensure I was comfortable in my new vehicle. When we came into the showroom looking for a 2012 Buick Regal for my wife, we were greeted by Jeff Weber. He was courtious and friendly and more importantly he was knowledgeable about the 2012 Regal. My wife was undecided about the little things, like color combinations, etc. and Jeff's patience never wavered. Frankly, his salesmanship, after numerous phone calls and two return trips to the showroom, finally closed the deal. When we picked up the car, he did a splendid job of going over all the details with my wife, so she drove away totally happy with the car she had choosen! I have been buying or leasing GM vehicles for forty years and continue to be a loyal customer. I currently own the 2012 Regal, a 2011 Equinox and a 2006 Pontiac G6. I rank Jeff as one of the best salesman I have every had the pleasure of doing business with. I would also like to compliment Megan Soroka for the expert way she handled the financing for us. Chase told us we couldn't get a better deal anywhere, especially at a car dealership, but Chase never met Megan Soraka! More
