After speaking to and visiting other dealerships, I was confident that I could complete a purchase at North Bay (a clean, elegant and spacious showroom) through Brian. When I picked up the Acadia, Brian made sure I fully understood how to operate it, and even connected the bluetooth system to my cellphone. He had another potential customer whom he addressed, but graciously completed the final part of my demonstration and then met with his customer.
