I wanted to be the first person to write in about Danny Rubin. I was shopping for a new Cadillac, passing my old one down to my son. He was admittedly new at his position but very informative and sought out answers about some details that he was unsure about. He followed up with phone calls and was very attentive. I hope (and am sure) that he will fluorish in his sales career. He has a very nice, friendly way about him. There was no pressure at all, something you often feel at a dealership. I was equally pleased with Michelle Thorton who completed my transaction. Very professional and curteous. I have no complaints! Finally the new finance peron Dominic was equally friendly and forthright. He is a wonderful addition to the NorthBay team. David W. More
We were very pleased with the staff and service we recently received at North Bay Cadillac. Our charming sales person, Ali Forman, has a delightful personality. She is extremely professional and completely knowledgeable about the Cadillac SRX and its features. Ali was friendly, no pressure, patient and exceptionally efficient. When the SRX was delivered, she explained every feature thoroughly, set up our Bluetooth, assisted with OnStar, set up our programmable seats and even set our radio stations. Ali's knowledge of the computer technology in this car is quite impressive. Ali Forman also introduced us to the very friendly, Thomas Prawdzik, the pre-owned manager who gave us a fair trade-in value for our car and greeted us every time we were at this dealership. We met Michelle who explained some other options we had. After our final decision was made, we met the general sales manager and car enthusiast, David Colotti, who further confirmed details about our car trade-in agreement and leasing vs. purchase options. Overall, the staff made this transaction a very positive experience. More

Anyone who has ever had bad experiences with a car dealership and/or salesperson should consider giving Alfonso a shot at winning back their favorable perception. I say this because Alfonso not only changed the way I look at car sales consultants, but also reaffirmed my faith in humans as a whole. In addition to being incredibly nice, trustworthy and easy to work with, Alfonso went so far as to drive with me to Manhattan during rush hour so that I could obtain the certified check from my bank that I had forgotten to bring. Despite the facts that it was my fault and that my bank's closest branch was in Manhattan, Alfonso offered to accompany me on the trip so that I wouldn't have to drive back, out of my way, to the dealership afterwards. I never write reviews for anything, but Alfonso is truly a stand-up guy and deserves positive recognition. I hope this makes any potential decision to work with Alfonso that much easier to make. More
If I could give this dealership a zero stars, I would. I live in NJ and I bought an Escalade from this dealership quite some time ago and only dealt with the salesperson J.Y. there. He was very courteous and truly a gentleman, however I can't say the same thing for his boss. I recently called North Bay Cadillac on the phone to see if I could trade in my car and the sales person told me a clear price that I would get for the car and for me to bring in the car on a Sunday so they can look at the car. So I decided to leave my wife & kids home on a Sunday and drove 1.5 hours to Great Neck NY where the dealership is located. Once I got there battling traffic and time, without even looking at my car, I was told that the person who appraises the car is not in today. That wasn't even the worst of it all, I was then told that they can't offer me even close to what was told to me on the phone. When I expressed my feelings to his manager that I drove 1.5 hours in traffic and paying $60 in toll and gas so why was I told something different? The manager who was this guy with half his buttons open in his shirt, gold chain around his neck and talking on his Bluetooth earpiece while talking to me at the same time, patted me on my arm and said 'sorry buddy, but we can't do anything for you' and he clearly walked away from me. I was stunned as to the service and rudeness I experienced from a Cadillac dealership of NY. This was clearly a bait and switch kind of a situation and I was not happy. There are plenty of dealerships in NJ/NY so at all cost, I would avoid this place if you want hassles in the future dealing with them. I am sure to contact Cadillac corporate regarding this guy and report him of such behavior with his customers. More
I appreciate the straightforward approach that was used at this dealership. What was I looking for and how much did I want to spend? No game playing. As it happened your dealership had exactly what I had in mind -- a flashy pre-owned red Caddy within my price-range. Alfonso Carlino was informative with regard to possible purchases and he was considerate of my personal condition. I use oxygen and walk slowly. We went for a test drive and although the suspension was tighter than I expected, I still appreciated the other attributes of this sporty drive with lots of pep! I've been buying cars for myself for 40, or so, years and this was the easiest purchase I ever made thanks to your inventory and a very personable and knowledgeable sales representative, Alfonso. More

Alfonso was very helpful ... finding me a car that I am excited about at a price that my wife and I could affored. Very afable and available. Knows everything about the cars.
