This is my third Cadillac since 2004 and Alsfonso is someone I will always come back to because of his commitment to please and his style in making the sale. The sales process was pleasant, but not great. Andrew worked hard to get a great deal, which I appreciate. Megan kept pushing the additional services such as wheel protection, paint protection, etc, but worked hard to get a great deal, which I appreciate. She was a little too pushy and didn't hear the words NO the first two times I said it. Wayne is a typical car salesman, so take that for what its worth. The service department for this dealership is bad. It is dirty and very slow. I was told at the time I purchased my car that I would receive a loaner at all scheduled service visits. This simply is not true. A routine oil change and tire rotation can take 2 -3 hours, even if you book a 7:45AM appointment on a weekday. Also, there are no weekend hours for service. The only bright light in service is Marino, who is just a savior when you have to get your car serviced and visit that place. The waiting room is more like that found in a gas station than any other luxury auto dealership. More

I went in to North Bay Cadillac after reading their newspaper ad and website when my old lease was coming due. He went above and beyond when the car we agreed on was damaged during prep for delivery and replaced it with another. He is extremely friendly and professional having contacting me numerous times to check on my satisfaction with the ATS. Would highly recommend this dealership, the car, as well as their service department after working with Marino. More
