Employees were great but there is no way it should take 4-6 hours to go thru this process. A speedy appraisal and best purchase price on a car you picked should be able to be obtained within 2 hours. Then off to finance to finalize. The finance department was excellent and had us on our way quickly. We only use this dealer, as we have had bad experiences with other Toyota dealers. My only reason to not give 5 stars is how long it took to get it done. More
