Not only were we able to get the deal that we wanted ,but they actually went the extra mile and found the Jeep Overland equipped exactly the we wanted. John "Z" was also very helpful in getting us a great finance rate....I cant say enough good things about these guys. The delivery process was exceptional.....Dennis was very patient with us and spent at least an hr after the sale going over all of the tech features on our new Grand Cherokee(syncd both of our IPhones very cool) Ill be bringing my brother to Sport this weekend to get a Minivan...... My husband and I found this dealership after having a very bad experience at another dealership that worked with individuals with past credit issues. We visited the dealership with the intention of only very bad experience at another dealership that worked with individuals with past credit issues. We visited the dealership with the intention of only looking. Dennis Willis came outside to meet us and was very friendly from the start. He listened as I told him about the experience we had had the day before at the other dealership. He encouraged us to try working with him to see what he could do for us. He assured us that Sport Chrysler works with great banks and has helped many people with credit issues get into vehicles. Our biggest concern was getting my husband into a reliable vehicle while I continued to keep my vehicle that is currently financed. I was planning to take the loan out in my name as my husband's income varies from month to month and his credit score was a concern. Dennis showed my husband the perfect vehicle, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that we both of fell in love with, of course. We waited for what seemed like an eternity after applying for a loan. Little did we know the work that was being done behind the scenes by Steve Sangerman whom we had not even met yet. Steve is a serious magician. He worked very hard to get us into the vehicle my husband really wanted. The day before, we were prepared to make very high monthly payments on a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with over 130,000 miles on it that would only benefit me in rebuilding my credit. The next day, we were leaving a different dealership in a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 9,500 miles on it (yes, 9,500 miles) and the best part --- my husband was on the loan with me, so he will now have an opportunity to rebuild his credit, too. At the tail end of our time there, we met Dennis Crilly who was also very nice and was part of the team that got us into our new vehicle. I cannot begin to express how grateful we are for what Sporty Chrysler has done for us. Dennis W., Steve, and Dennis C. seemed just as excited for us as we felt. It was an amazing experience and we would definitely visit the dealership again when we are in the market for a new vehicle. More
