Hit or miss with this dealer. Went here for a Jeep. They gave an average price on the one I wanted but three dealers nearby all beat their price on an exact quoted car. I was insulted and left. Internet sales person was pretty poor at getting back to me with the info I wanted and the in store salesperson was worse. He was somewahat sarcastic. It took him a week to reply to my questions and I bought from another dealer in the meantime. I would doubt I will ever go back. Too bad. More

The people that do title and financing paperwork have no clue what they are doing... Trust me... You will end up paying double sales tax and fees to get it fixed right.. Horrible Service Experience.Go 2 your Local Mechanic instead 0 STARS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, GO TO YOUR LOCAL MECHANIC INSTEAD. There’s plenty around. I took my car to them for an airbag recall I received in the mail. BIG MISTAKE. I should have went somewhere else or ignored it all together because it ended up costing me $700. I figured they knew what they were doing because they are “certified”. The second mistake I made (after taking my car to them) was having them perform “recommended maintenance” which consisted of a throttle body service and coolant flush among 10 other things I told them NO @120k miles. Also ((I noticed)) my serpentine belt started to make some noise so I had them replace that too while they were doing the other work. I paid them over $500. 1 DAY LATER, I noticed a couple drops of a pink fluid on my garage floor. MY CAR STARTED LEAKING COOLANT SLOWLY at first just a couple drops. I should have taken it back right away but I didn’t because I'm busy running multiple businesses and It was around Thanksgiving. Over the next week or two, The weather went from hot to cold to hot to cold. One morning, I noticed a huge pink puddle on the garage floor. The leak got a lot worse. I took the car back and they said the hose going to the radiator was deteriorated. Why didn’t they notice this when they did the coolant service?? The person then admitted over the phone they should have done a pressure test to see if the hoses were good before they did the coolant service. When I talk to the manager in person, I get excuse after excuse. In addition, his story changed (and the hose was not deteriorated at all) , now he says it was leaking near the clamp. Then he goes on with his sales pitch and makes more excuses…he said the car has lots of miles, it was the original hose. WHATEVER…ITS THE FACT OF THE MATTER, MY COOLANT WAS NOT LEAKING BEFORE THEY DID ANY WORK With the Coolant System... SO WHY … ((ONE DAY LATER)) Is my coolant LEAKING on my garage floor? He then makes another excuse… it took me too long to bring it back, OK BUDDY ….What if I didn’t bring it back at all and my coolant system failed while I was driving and I crashed and got injured? ALL FINGERS WOULD POINT AT THE COOLANT SERVICE RECENTLY PERFORMED BY THE “CERTIFIED” DEALERSHIP. Change your story and make all the excuses you want so you don’t have to be held responsible….As a business owner, I’m ashamed. This problem started because of something you did with my coolant system !!!! That’s YOUR OWN FAULT AND/OR NEGLIGENCE, NOT MINE!!!!!! NOW I have to pay an additional $$$$$$$ to fix another problem you created. If I did something like this in my profession I would be sued for thousands of dollars, but somehow this establishment gets away with it and we pay for it all along the way!!!!! ITS SAD THAT THIS PLACE FAILS TO REALIZE THE #1 GOLDEN RULE OF BUSINESS = MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER HAPPY. IF YOU DIDN’T CHARGE ME THAT EXTRA $190 I probably would have went back and spent another $500+ to have them do more work but NO, YOU DIDNT. That $190 in the short term will get no more in the long term. The only thing long term is a negative review, which hopefully will deter other people going to this establishment and wasting money. NOW I MISS WORK FOR TWO DAYS WHILE YOU FIX THE PROBLEM YOU CREATED. AND THEN you can have the Luxury to BILL ME FOR IT. Wouldn’t it be great to get paid for problems you create? And you don’t have to be held accountable or responsible..It’s unfortunate and sad that this stealorship and other businesses operate like this today. All they want is your $$$ and they don’t take necessary precautions and will avoid ALL responsibility if a problem arises. I FEEL like ONE PROBLEM PROBABLY LEADS TO ANOTHER WITH THIS STEALERSHIP AND THEY WILL RECOMMEND WHATEVER TO MAKE A DOLLAR WITHOUT TAKING ANY PRECAUTIOUNS in the process. ONE PROBLEM WILL LEAD TO ANOTHER, AND IN THE PROCESS THEY TAKE ALL OF YOUR MONEY AND AVOID ALL RESPONSIBILITY. On the receipt it says Guaranteed Satisfaction and this (former) customer is NOT satisfied. GUARANTEED! More

Unlimited. I meet the salesman William who showed me all the models of wranglers. He was great and helped me find the jeep I wanted and purchased. William showed me all my options to finance. The service manager came out and said (You didn't buy that truck here. Take it back There! I had to go to another Ram dealership and they were glad to take care of it and I didn't buy it from them! I will now have a new dealership to buy all my parts from too! Parts Department always gave great service to me, but they can thank service for losing a customer of MANY YEARS! More

I worked with Dave Kilcoyne who was extremely pleasant, attentive and professional. Compared to the other salesman I shopped with at Ford and Toyota; Dave made them look like amateurs. When I pulled up to the dealership Dave met me outside and had me on a test drive in less than 5 minutes. He listened to everything I had to say and remembered every detail. I didn't buy a car that night as I did not have my trade-in but he never lost touch and called me the next day to check up and was not pushy in any way. To me, it felt more like he wanted to make me feel like a valued customer and made it clear he did not want to be a bother. A few nights later I was able to come back, work with Dave on a fair and honest price, go home and love my Grand Cherokee. Great buying experience Was recommended by a friend to visit this dealership to purchase my new Jeep Wrangler. They had the exact car I wanted in stock. Called Dennis Crilly, Was recommended by a friend to visit this dealership to purchase my new Jeep Wrangler. They had the exact car I wanted in stock. Called Dennis Crilly, whom I was referred to, and told him I would like to come in to see the car. 45 minutes later we arrived and was promptly greeted by Roberto Aguilera. He had the car parked out front, ready to be test driven. Within 15 minutes of arrival, we test drove, inspected the vehicle, and made a deal on the vehicle. They were no games, there were no tricks. We were given an excellent price, upfront, on the vehicle with no need to go back and forth. Their finance department was also excellent, preparing all the closing documents quickly and accurately. I would without hesitation recommend anyone looking for a new CJDR vehicle to visit them for great customer service, attention to detail and most of all, being honest and upfront. More
