I've read the other reviews here and had to do a double check on the address to make sure I had the right place. I find this dealership to be an absolute joy to deal with. They are extremely courteous an check on the address to make sure I had the right place. I find this dealership to be an absolute joy to deal with. They are extremely courteous and helpful. They have always given me excellent advice on options and never push me into a solution I'm not comfortable with. I first found them when having a trouble with my horn. No other dealer could help me and when it started acting up a block away from them I took it in and they had it fixed in a day. They are about an hour from my home and it is definitely worth the trip. I recently had been hit by someone (minor damage) and coincidentally the next day the car would not start. I had it towed to their dealership (again, worth the trip). They called and said the car started later that day no problem and they could find nothing wrong with it. They would keep it over night and look it over with the insurance adjuster. Again the next day the car started no problem and the mechanic said he could see no reason why the accident would have affected the car starting and that they checked everything. They explained there would be a fee because they spent some time checking everything out. I had no problem with that it is perfectly fair. When I went to pick up the car they said there would be no charge. I'm not naming any names in this review for people I've worked with because every single person there is extremely courteous and nice and helpful. And I am not very easy to please. More
THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. I had my car serviced and when I went to pick it up all the change in the ashtray was stolen as was a pen knife in the center console. There was also water all over the floor when I went to pick it up all the change in the ashtray was stolen as was a pen knife in the center console. There was also water all over the floor. When I asked the service manager he said he didn't know and said let me give you some advice and that I SHOULDN'T HAVE LEFT IT IN THERE. Are you kidding me... It was also left unlocked on there lot. I can't believe they are still in business. I thought they were bad when they called to tell me it would take a week and a half for a new fuel pump. They were miserable on the phone when they called as well. JR More
I just picked up my jeep after getting some work done. The transmission was shot and I had three options, the cheapest was find a used transmission, but risk getting a crappy one. The second was they coul The transmission was shot and I had three options, the cheapest was find a used transmission, but risk getting a crappy one. The second was they could rebuild my transmission, this one would cost a little over $2000. The final one was to get a Crysler Certified transmission. This one was $2300, but it came with a 3year warranty. I went with the third option. When I went in to pick up my car, the actually price was $2800. They didn't include the labor costs in the price they were quoting me on the phone. The first three options included labor, but the third did not, go figure. This place sucks! More
BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! First and foremost, having been in sales my whole life I knew something was not kosher when I had to contact them all the time throughout the deal. In the end, before 15hrs before the sales my whole life I knew something was not kosher when I had to contact them all the time throughout the deal. In the end, before 15hrs before the deal was suppose to close; and I had already spent money on the new insurance, they said that my out of state license was not sufficient enough to prove residency. At which time, I informed them that it was my parents house and that I could get a notarized proof of residency, however I could not provide the necessary utility bill that they had wanted. They gave me no other option whatsoever. At which time John, the GM became irate, raising his voice towards me shouting we have done all we could, this is on you. Needless to say a letter will be followed up with corporate of Dodge-Daimler Chrysler. As an FYI, I am a proud Dodge valued customer along with the rest of my family. I then called another dealership and they found me a car and used my pre-approval and am closing the deal in two days. More
After leasing my 2006 Jeep Commander I started to experience stalling. When it was brought in, I was told by numerous people that they had no idea what I was talking about. I researched and found t experience stalling. When it was brought in, I was told by numerous people that they had no idea what I was talking about. I researched and found that I wasn't the only one w/ this issue and that chrysler and the dealerships were playing DUMB. I have had NOTHING but trouble, and after numerous visits I am still stuck w/ this piece of crap that is going to get me and my family killed. I would recommend this place to NO ONE! More
I don't know how this dealership is still in buisness. I called to get some info on the Pacifica and the Sales person could not have cared less......I thought I got the wrong department so I asked him if he called to get some info on the Pacifica and the Sales person could not have cared less......I thought I got the wrong department so I asked him if he sold cars......I thought maybe I got the wrong person and he worked in the shop or something, he proceeded to become irate with me saying things like "ARE YOU GETTING SMART WITH ME????" I was just speechless.....I asked to speak with someone else and he hung up in me. I called back and asked to speak with the manager, I explained the situation to Dennis the manger. He did not apoligize, all he had to say was that he would have someone else call me to help me with some information. At this point I wouldn't buy a Chrysler if they gave it to me for free. This dealer is nothing but a nitemare!!!!! More
I too will NEVER deal with Sport Chrysler Jeep again. Like the other reports we payed WAY MORE than we should have for our Chrysler Sebring. They were very sneeky and misleading with the financials. In Like the other reports we payed WAY MORE than we should have for our Chrysler Sebring. They were very sneeky and misleading with the financials. In addition, when my car recently broke down, I went thru xxxx. To make a long story short, They told me my car rental would be covered under the warranty as long as I rented thru "Enterprise" down the road from them. We were told that Chrysler has a special arrangement with them. (Enterprise said the same thing.) I called around and they were an average $15 per day more expensive than the other rental car firms. But, I had to because I wanted my car rental covered under the warranty. Turns out, it was't covered. Sport Chrysler Jeep had my car for 15 days, (they said it would only take two), And even when I picked it up a couple of days ago, I had to turn around and take it back, because now, the speedometer was not working! They are rude, rude people. They never apologized for anything, ordering wrong parts and defective parts for my car, the rental "mistake" etc. and make everything seem like you're stupid and you misunderstood them. Chrysler's customer hotline is no help either. I wanted to take this up a level to the Regional Service Manager and I was told that they don't take to customers, only the dealers. <br><br>I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHRYSLER OR DEAL WITH SPORT CHRYSLER JEEP IN NORRISTOWN, PA More
I ended up buying a new Jeep Wrangler from Sport several years ago. I was never given a straight answer when it came to anything financial and when the deal was done I ended up paying $11,000 more than th years ago. I was never given a straight answer when it came to anything financial and when the deal was done I ended up paying $11,000 more than the agreed upon price. I also had a problem with the transmission and the jeep roadside service tow truck driver told me stories about the dealership the whole way there. He called them outright criminals and said he was sorry I bought a car from them at all. That was the last time I ever dealt with them, finding myself a more reputable dealership for the remainder of my warranty.<br><br>This place should be avoided at all costs!!! More
My father recently received in the mail a $9000 voucher from this dealership along with a circular advertising any trade would be $5000 toward the purchase of a NEW car. My father went twice before the sa from this dealership along with a circular advertising any trade would be $5000 toward the purchase of a NEW car. My father went twice before the sale began and talked to two different sales reps. who both said that he would get the $5000 and the voucher would be taken as well. Unfortunately, if we knew that this dealership would xxx**** we would never have stepped into the store. Anyway, here's what happened. We first had to "register" when we first went in ( I don't know why) and then went out for a test drive. After about an hour waiting for the sales rep. to give us a price, he said that the voucher was only good for $2110 and that the $5000 trade in was only good for used cars. Before we could ask why the trade in was only for used cards, we realised that they had taken our circular from us. We asked for it back to look it over and they said that they couldn't find one. We asked to borrow one from a nearby customer and found that the ad said for new and like-new (used). We asked the "general sales representative" from the company and he was extremely rude. I don't mind if I am wrong about something, but when I read the circular and they are telling me different, making me feel like a child, I have a problem with that. I felt as if I was in Business 101. They guy pulled us into an office so no customer could hear us and started teaching us about supply and demand. He told us that what was written on the circular and the fine print tells us that it's only for used. However, the ad clearly prints that the $5000 trade-in is for NEW and used cars, while the fine print says something else. I asked him why the sentences contradicted themselves and then added it was false advertisement. Anyway, I never got a response from him and he clearly was agitated. I honestly didn't really care about the sale that much, but was really angry the way we were treated. I guess customer service doesn't mean anything there. More
