Roberto put us at ease as soon as we got in, and he worked hard until we got an approval. He was extremely vigilant in the follow up, even as the bank did not log employment verification directly. worked hard until we got an approval. Angie was great! She got everything taken care of on the vehicle prior to delivery and was very accomodating on scheduling, willing to even come in on her day off if I wanted her to. The finance people and vehicle prior to delivery and was very accomodating on scheduling, willing to even come in on her day off if I wanted her to. The finance people and others that I spoke to at the dealership were all very nice as well and everything went very smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there for another vehicle purchase. More

I spoke to Pete several times on the phone before meeting him. He even called me on his personal cell phone after he finished work for the day. He was very helpful and knowledgable. He was able to have ev him. He even called me on his personal cell phone after he finished work for the day. He was very helpful and knowledgable. He was able to have everything done so that when I arrived all I had to do was sign the papers. This was especially great as I had to drive over 100 miles to get to the dealership from where I live. I even threw in a curve ball when I moved up my appointment to pick up the car by a whole day due to weather issues. Although I am sure this was an issue for Pete and the other staff it was as if it did not even phase them. When I arrived everyone involved, Pete, Angela and Dennis were waiting outside and greated me like I was their best customer. Great service, great people. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I have bought several cars here and had them serviced there as well. Always felt I got a great deal and the service department has always been very responsive. My family has been coming to Sport Chrysler for about 15 years for our cars. I have been working with John Z for most of that time. I have never had a bad experience and always felt like we got the best dea years for our cars. I have been working with John Z for most of that time. I have never had a bad experience and always felt like we got the best deal we could from anywhere else. Even after we moved to Montana, I continued to do business with Sport and John. I just don't trust anyone else - he has always been honest and straightforward with us and the dealership is very accommadating in getting our vehicles from Pa to Mt. Next year, we will be moving to Washington state but I will continue to do business with Sport. Our family has built up a great relationship with you and we want that to continue. Yesterday, 8/31/2011, I went into Sport Chrysler Jeep in Norristown. It started off very pleasantly. A nice gentleman asked if i needed help. I told him I was looking for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Norristown. It started off very pleasantly. A nice gentleman asked if i needed help. I told him I was looking for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (4 door), in any color but bright red or black, and he took me and my twin daughters (who are 4) outside to look at what they have. After checking out 3, I told him I would like to test drive one. He told me he'd have to go in to get the keys and if i could follow him so he could copy my license. We get inside, I hand him my license, and my girls and I wait on the sales floor. After about 3 to 4 minutes of talking to my girls about what color jeep they would want, we were rudely brought back to reality by the manager or sales manager and my sales man yelling at each other and after hearing xxxx YOU, or WHAT THE xxxx very loudly at least 3 times I grabbed my daughters by their hands and pulled them toward the nearest exit. While heading to that exit my daughters had to witness these 2 grown men in their 40's maybe 50's throwing pens/pencils at each other, getting in each others faces. At this point my main focus is getting them away from this behavior, but i may have seen their arms starting to swing at one another. And what makes this all worse is my sales man was a black man, and I saw the first pencil/pen/some object thrown at him. Never once had my daughters heard the word xxxx, so thanks to the grown men at Norristown they heard it a few times for the first time. My girls witnessed their first fight between grown men that were not in the UFC getting paid to fight. And their first possible racial discrimination. I really hope they don't remember it, a grown white man throwing stuff and yelling at a black man. And I hope it doesn't make my daughters forget that no matter the color of someones skin, you treat them the way you want to be treated. So after I get outside about leave and never come back I remember they still have my license. So I stand their to think if I want to go back in to get it, or just go to the DMV and get a new one. I couldn't think that well because my girls are asking "Mommy why are those men fighting", "Mommy why are we leaving", "Mommy why were those men yelling at each other". So I poke my head back in tell my sales guy I need my license back, my few minutes of thinking about license or no license allowed things to calm down a little bit. He has my license and the keys to the jeep i want to drive. He said sorry and asked if i would still like to drive it. Yes I still wanted to drive it and he was obviously having a crappy day, so I figured I will drive it and that would get his mind off of what just happened and focus on getting a sale. So as we are walking around to the jeep, I asked him if he could just drive it over to the other side of the building where my car was so I could get the girls booster seats. He said he would but he had to grab tags for it first. At my vehicle the girls and I are waiting for him to pull up, and we see the new jeep pulling up and some other sales guy gets out of it, it was obvious he was taking over the sale. I drove the new jeep and loved it. I really didn't want to go back inside there but need a new vehicle. Plus the girls were being very calm and patient that day with my car search, so I had to take advantage of that. We go in to talk numbers. Some other sales guy came up and apologized for what the girls and I witnessed (he was not involved). While they are working on numbers, and trade in value the manager comes up to me and apologizes. I let him know it was not cool, that they were grown men and should have remained professional, plus there was a lady customer in the store with 2 young girls, nothing like that should ever happen in front of customers. He told me he'd make sure they would take some extra off the price. They didn't. He continues to tell me that whatever happened had been brewing since the morning. I don't care what's been going on since morning, if you are the manager you should have taken care of it this morning, or taken him into an office or taken it outside. You are professionals, act like it. The base prices of the two i was looking at was 28k and 24k, they didn't take anything off of that, and offered me 4500 for my trade in. Explained to the man that my trade in is great condition, it was a special edition and the minimum blue book value was in the 6000 range, and two other dealerships i had been at previously offer me 6200, and 6500 for my trade. He said they'd bring my trade in price to the 6200. Sorry but that's not a deal at all. So now my jeep hunt continues, and I will say a prayer every time I walk into a dealership that my daughters don't have to witness middle aged men yelling vulgar curse words, throwing stuff and hitting! While waiting for numbers I never saw my original sales man again. More
