I have in the past had a horrible experience with Sport Jeep in the past and this visit was completely on the opposite ends of that bad experience. I had been checking out the Grand Cherokee Altitude for a couple months and really liked it. I only stopped in to see if Sport had one, they did, they did a good job of making me feel comfortable, and I bought it. I had some bad experiences with other dealers before speaking with Angela on the phone. She stood by everything she said on the phone as far as pricing and was extremely well versed in the incentives a speaking with Angela on the phone. When we arrived at the dealer she spent 30+ minutes going over all the features of the vehicle, including the nuances of the upgraded GPS / computer system, while the finance paperwork was being prepared. I recently made my fourth car purchase with Sport and figured it was about time to write a review in appreciation for the great service and attention I have received each and every time. I can't imagine an easier process or a more cooperative group at any other car dealer than what I experienced; this time when buying a new minivan with my wife. I got short on time while by myself during the purchase visit and the team there even offered to drive me back to my office so I could leave the trade-in behind...and then they agreed to deliver the new car to my wife at her office by the time she left for the day. I don't know if that kind of service is only reserved for four-time customers but I believe they think that way for all their customers given the way I have been treated in the past as well. You can't go wrong with these guys...they'll make it happen for you and you'll feel great about your purchase. More
