I bought a Ridgeline From Matt Dixon. He made the process so simple from start to finish. I didn't live close to his delaership so on his day off he meant me at his other store to have my trade looked at and so simple from start to finish. He made the whole process easy for me which is a big plus and when ever I would email him he was right on top of emailing em back within minutes even late at night. I didn't feel pressered from him like I did from many other dealers. I will def be buying my next Honda from Matt at Norris. More
I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V in August. I was between this dealership and Heritage. While Heritage would not give me exact numbers (e.g. price of the vehicle, finance rate, etc), they at least didn't ma this dealership and Heritage. While Heritage would not give me exact numbers (e.g. price of the vehicle, finance rate, etc), they at least didn't make empty promises. I went with Norris because they were close to home and because my grandfather referred me to the dealership (and never got his referral bonus). Also, I was promised a free detailing, but never received anything about this in the mail. Dale, the finance manager, gave me a bit of a run around about the financing and indicated that there was nothing else they could do to get me a lower rate. Three weeks later I got a letter in the mail from the bank that they had lowered my interest rate. I called the bank to ask why and they indicated to me that Heritage Honda had negotiated a better rate on my behalf and they were honoring that rate. Furthermore, they pushed that they provided 2 years of free service with any new vehicle purchase. No... that is up to 3 services within 24,000 miles or 2 years whichever is sooner. Dale pushed and pushed a warranty on me, which I declined. He used scare tactics to try to get me to purchase this warranty which is way overpriced compared to other Honda dealerships. I love my new CR-V, but I did not like my experience with Norris Honda. Now... their service department is great. I made an appointment for my first free service and was in and out in 1 hour. Granted, this is based on a single experience, but others people indicated that the service department is really good. My only complaint is that my CR-V is making a noise at start up on cold mornings and they told me its nothing to worry about. I will be pushing them to look at it further with an appointment for just this matter. More
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I was told by a WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I was told by a friend about a great deal they had on leases for a 2013 Honda Accord LX. He gave me the exact nu WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I was told by a friend about a great deal they had on leases for a 2013 Honda Accord LX. He gave me the exact number he was paying. I called Matt from the dealership who told me he would give me the same price. He also said he would match the trade in price I got from Carmax and that the tax credit would enable me to get the Sport version at the same price he quoted me. I went in and he took my car to get valued for a trade in. He came back with an offer that was $500 less than Carmax. When I asked him about his promise to match, he said the $500 tax credit would make up the difference. That was not what he told me on the phone (which is why I brought it there as opposed to carmax). After much haggling they upped the offer to match it but told me if I wanted the Sport it would be $35 more a month. When I asked why it wasn't the same price he told me on the phone, he made up some xx about that price being before tax and that this what he told me. I completely lost patience and took the car because they had already taken my trade in to the other lot and I had already been there for an hour and a half. They told me I would have a statement and my tags within a few weeks. Its been 60 days and I still have not gotten either. When I called Matt after 2 weeks to find out where my trade in check was he told me i would have it within a week. No such luck. I then called again after 30 days to find out why I hadn't received a check for my trade in, a statement, or my tags he told me about some medical emergency and that's why things were backed up. He said he no longer wanted to help me and if I had any questions I could speak to the manager. I called the manager who told me he would have the check sent out (minus my first months payment which was already overdue) and that I would receive a staement within a week or 2. It is now 60 days. I received my check but still no bill or tags. I called Honda today, they said my lease doesn't exist and my name is not in the system yet. They said they still have not received my paperwork from Norris. I just spoke to Dale at the dealership, he said he has my tags and he will send them out and that I have a 2nd payment due which I need to make over the phone so I won't be overdue again. All in all this was the worst experience I have ever had and every single person at Norris seems to have dropped the ball. More

Becky and Brian both went above and beyond to be sure I could get everything done quickly. Brian went way beyond when it came to the installation of my spoiler I was totally impressed.... overall it was an could get everything done quickly.
