We had just received bad news about our 1991 Toyota Previa LE (243,648 miles); it needed substantial repairs to the brake system. As we were unwilling to spend the money to do the repairs, we began our search for a new vehicle. We decided that a small SUV/Crossover vehicle would be the best fit for our current lifestyle. We test drove a number of vehicles and, after some debate, settled on a 2012 Honda CR-V EX AWD. As the CR-Vs had just recently started arriving at area dealerships, they were in relatively short supply. We contacted several dealerships to request "internet" pricing. We actually heard back from a few, but the pricing on the 2012 CR-Vs was not very promising. As my son-in-law and my daughter had purchased vehicles from Norris Honda, we contacted the person with whom they had worked. We provided him with our "wish" list for the new vehicle. The dealership did a thorough search for the model and colors that we wanted (even following leads that we had found from on-line inventories of other dealerships). Fortunately, they were able to locate a model with our 3rd color preference. We drove our old mini-van to the dealership and were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. We received what we considered a great price on the 2012 CR-V. Although everyone was very friendly during our visit, we felt that the total time that we spent at the dealership was a bit long (about 4 hours). All things considered, we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda. More

She was friendly, honest and patient with my endless questions. The financing process was quick and painless. There were no high-pressure up-sells. I bought a 2012 Honda Civic from Norris at a fair price and they gave me a great deal on my trade-in. Becky explained every feature and option, went over all the numbers carefully and found me the exact car that I wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
