My husband and I contacted Norris Honda via email asking if they could beat a quote we had from another dealer for a new Honda Odyssey and we were contacted by Juliet Stone. I informed her that I had two v if they could beat a quote we had from another dealer for a new Honda Odyssey and we were contacted by Juliet Stone. I informed her that I had two vehicles I wanted to possibly trade in and she asked me to bring them down to be appraised. Juliet was very friendly to us and spent the time to show us all the different vehicles they had on the lot. I have nothing but good things to say about Juliet but its a shame the other employees of Norris don't share her friendliness or eagerness to make their clients happy. We brought both of our vehicles down to be appraised and afterward the man who appraised them refused to give us a number on how much we would get on both vehicles. We were told that we had to get that number from Bill Vowles. We were never told a number for our trades just that they would match the quote I had from another dealer. I asked what the difference in the out the door price of the Odyssey we wanted would be if I decided not to trade in one of my vehicles (Ford Mustang) and was told in an email that it would be a $1500 difference. I wasn't going to trade in my vehicle for such a low amount so I chose to trade in one vehicle. When we came back to the dealership to buy Bill Vowles told us he had over appraised our vehicle trade in and the difference was now an extra $3000 on top of the $1500 difference he had told me by email. Bill told me he had a Ford dealership and could have sold the Mustang there to make a profit but now that I took it out of the equation he was not going to give me much for my other trade. When I showed him the emails where he stated it would only be a $1500 difference if I chose not to trade in my Mustang all he kept saying was that he over appraised my first trade so now I have to pay to make it up. I told Bill he never gave me a number on what my trades were worth and he became nasty and kept saying he told my husband how much both trades were worth which he never did. Bill became very nasty and tried to talk us in to circles with numbers. I finally became sick of his horrible treatment and got up and left. I was floored by the night and day difference in the treatment I received between Juliet Stone and her manager Bill Vowles. I confronted Bill in an email later where he stated only a $1500 difference between my trades and how I felt lied to. I was ready to make a deal with Norris and had cash in hand but Bill Vowles made sure to send my business and money elsewhere. More

My 2001 Honda Odyssey stopped working just a few days after my 29 y.o. son died. I investigated prices on the internet and was given Norris Honda's name. Juliette Stone reached out to me immediately Mo after my 29 y.o. son died. I investigated prices on the internet and was given Norris Honda's name. Juliette Stone reached out to me immediately Monday morning (I had e-mailed on Sunday when they were closed), followed with a phone call. I explained my situation. She immediately went into action and I was surrounded by the most wonderful, helpful staff. My old car was towed by Norris to their location; they arranged for my rental car to be picked up at the dealership so I didn't have to worry about it. Most of the initial paperwork was done on-line and ready for me to sign when I came in. From the first step until the last I was treated as the most important customer, ever. They continue the quality service during the 1st 2 years with help getting the car to their dealership for maintenance at no cost with a pick-up service. There was no high pressure tactics, the pricing was the best in town (I had done my research), and the caring quality of these 3 individuals is a credit to the Norris Honda dealership. I can't say enough about them. This is not the closest Honda dealer to my home, not even the 3rd or 4th closest, but I would return to them without hesitation based on Juliette, Dale and Brian. I was prepared to deal with your "classic" salesperson, and that was simply not the case. She explained all my options but didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. All of the staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and honest! They even have a kid's room to entertain the little ones. I definitely recommend Norris Honda to anyone looking for a great deal!!! More
