Good first time experience This was a spontaneous stop for me and my wife as we were in the area. The dealer we dealt with was friendly and seemed well informed about the brand This was a spontaneous stop for me and my wife as we were in the area. The dealer we dealt with was friendly and seemed well informed about the brand and options we had. Overall it was a good experience and I was surprised to see that this location only had a one star rating as my overall experience was pleasant and I came away with some additional data points that I didn't have earlier. I was not very impressed with this dealership and ended up purchasing a car somewhere else. I do not think the sales manager would want someone with excellent credit having to go around and rate shop. He s up purchasing a car somewhere else. I do not think the sales manager would want someone with excellent credit having to go around and rate shop. He stated we sells cars not rates, but you will not sell anything with that attitude! More

The service department used deceptive and unethical practices. I dropped a car off for an oil change that was scheduled by the car owner. I am not the owner of the car and made that very clear, I told practices. I dropped a car off for an oil change that was scheduled by the car owner. I am not the owner of the car and made that very clear, I told them an appointment was scheduled by the owner and I was just dropping the car off. They gave me the work order that had "per customer request" written on the first line in the description of the work to be performed. They told me to sign next to the estimate but never asked me to sign the area authorizing them to perform the work. When I told the owner how much the repairs were she said she only scheduled an oil change. She then called the dealership who in turn told her I had requested the work, another lie. When we both went back to the dealership to get the car and discuss the issue, at first they made it seem like I requested extra work while I was there, then changed their tune and said it was only a recommendation. I asked them why then was I given documentation that stated the owner/customer requested the work? They said they do that with everyone and never question anyone to see if they can make those decisions because it's confrontational, instead the put per customer request knowing full well I was dropping off the car for someone else. Had they said we recommend these additional services are needed I would have told them to contact the owner. Long story short, they said their service agent did nothing wrong when he misled me regarding the owners request for additional work to be done and I am the one who is responsible for agreeing to the work. The sad thing about the whole situation is they felt that having false and deceptive work orders was completely okay. In fact I filed a complaint with Chrysler directly and they agreed that Normandin was wrong on this matter and did not represent the standards set forth by Chrysler Corporation. More
